  Open the file system-jazn - data .xml

  And by removing the additional entry manually

  So I deleted the following

  weblogic.security.principal.WLSUserImpl rodneyc

  Then when I went back to EM the user had gone as planned. I'm guessing that something screwed up in this file, but all right

  You must be able to navigate in regedit. (The search is OK, play with it, is another story)

  Do not use orders for Clipboard - for copy/paste Ctrl + c/Ctrl + v as the '[]' blackout square is a unicode character that reverses the keys on the keyboard and "etadpug" turns into "gupdate.

  I was informed that this key service is redundant without the accompanying files that have now been removed. So my hypothesis is: If you do not have these buttons, you should be OK.

  I have exactly the same problem. Two days ago, I noticed my scanner of virus quarantined some files so that I was looking for information on the internet on Verilog programming. After that, whenever I tired to download all the files that have been pdf, my scanner started their blocking.

  So today, I really need to see PDFs, so says Acrobat Reader to check the updates. There are not. I then said to repair his installation. He asked to restart the computer. After that, everything went wrong.

  I can open is no longer my VPN connection works. I can run is no longer my virus scanner. When searching in the directories of Run with Regedit, I get the same errors as above with cannot display google blah blah blah. That's how I usually stop Trojans, but this has been blocked.

  When I look in the quarantine directory, I can see the files that have been quarantined yesterday with the timestamp. During the search on my computer for the files last updated the day and about the same time, I see the google directory in programs (x 86), and then with tons of empty folders that I can't access an installation directory. I see other files with the same date and time as well as in other places.

  I started windows safe mode now and have my anti-virus works again and doing a sweep. I don't know that it stops when it arrives in the google directory.

  How can I fix the registry as shown entry above by other users? I wonder what will be goofed up to now. I will keep you updated on my progress.

  I 23 000 pictures in my Photoshop elements catalog. I have a group of them tried to remove because I want to get rid of the tags in the file and apply new - this is another question that PES does not allow you to remove the tags in the file itself, so to start I have delete the catalog entry, use Explorer to remove the tags, and then import the cleaned file.

  So I tried to remove the thumbnails/catalog entries but not the underlying file and I get the error suppression of media. Then I copied the files over to a new directory, deleted the tags, and reimported them in PSE. Now, I still want to delete the files in the original directory. This time I check the option of also remove items from the hard drive. Guess what - the same message: Error removing media. I then used the Explorer to delete files and then tried to remove the entries from the catalog - same message: Error removing media.

  I'm stuck now. The thumbnails are still there, but not related to what it is and I can't get rid of them. By the way I have been around the loop on this several times, have optimized and repaired the catalog even if I got the message that the catalog didn't need repair.

  I managed to solve my problem. I had to download "SQLite DB browser", open the database 'catalog.pse12db' PES file, located the corresponding files in the "Media_Table" and deleted.  I was expecting some problems and thought I should remove other entries in other tables or fix the basis data, but when I started the PSE all organizer was settled. No file no problem that will not delete.

  It is a pity that Adobe does not provide a significant level of support and that such problems must be solved by the community members. Considering the amount of money they make from the sale of their products, they could at least have expert software available to address some of the issues more complex are displayed and offer advice and support.

  I have several programs that when I go to security there is an unknown account and when I try to delete unknown account I get this message that you cannot delete the Unknown(S-1...) account because this object inherits from its parent perssions. To delete the Unknown(S-1...) account, you must prevent this object from inheriting permissions. Turn off the option for the inheritance of permissions and then try to delete the Unknown(S-1...) account again. I tried the edit and advance features in respect of security without success. Why have I not control over security permissions?

  Found a solution to this problem.

  Go to the folder parent of the folder that contains the files with this unknown account number:
  1. right click on the PARENT folder, and then click Properties.
  2. on the Security tab, go to the advanced options (bottom window)
  3. in the new window, click the button change the permissions in the bottom.
  4. Select the Group (NOT AUTHENTICATED, just of users USERS) users
  5. check "replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable of this object.
  6. click on the OK button or apply and done, fixed number.

  Hope this helps anyone else having this problem, for me it happened after reinstallation of win 7 on the same machine and keep my images on another partition, so it was spared by the new facility, so the old user account was always on the file permissions.

  I created a partition of HARD drive in order to install a system in multiboot using XP and Vista, but I did mess up the BONES of the two.   If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  Delete the existing Partitions during the process.

• Backup of Windows 7 - the system cannot find the specified path, error Code 0 x 80070003

  I have serious problems back up my own machine to a share on our FILE SERVER as \\FILE-SERVER\Backup\

  I have already backed up another PC using exactly the same settings I used on my PC successfully.  So I guess it's nothing to do with the FILE SERVER or the backup settings.  There must be something to do with what I'm trying to backup of my machine.

  First, some background.  This exercise was started when Windows Server 2008 r2 o/s fell one of our servers.  I tried to reinstall the operating system several times, without success.  In the end, I caught another drive and rebuilt the o/s on the server.  Then I got in trouble by promoting to a domain on the network controller.  In the end, I've renamed server FILE Server for FILE SERVERS.

  We share regularly four records on what is now the FILE SERVER:

  \\FILE-SERVER\Backup - a folder where the backups of all other devices are written, so that they will be saved with the server

  \\FILE-SERVER\Company - contains all of the data of our company

  \\FILE-SERVER\GEM - this is for our own database application

  \\FILE-SERVER\Install - contains all the installation files for the software we use

  These are all inmates on a RAID 1 array that is separate from the system drive that covered.

  On my laptop, I had made these "Available offline" shared folders, while I still had everything that is available to me when I was away from the office.  They were of course shared under \\FILESERVER\... not \\FILE-SERVER\... Before the server down, I had backup works fine on my machine.

  After having got the server up and going again, I started going there from the WIndows 7 Client PC backups again.  I started with a desktop computer, which of course have not all offline files.  This turned out to be relatively simple.

  Then, I started with my machine.  Initially I did not 'Available offline' folders shared meanings.  I created my backup using exactly the same settings that had worked OK on the desktop.  But when I ran the backup I got:

  The system cannot find the specified path, error Code 0 x 80070003

  I tried all sorts of things to make it work:

  • with or without an image of the system.
  • reducing the backup in a single folder.
  • do it again 'available offline files

  Nothing makes no difference.  In the end, I looked in the Sync Center to look at the offline files folder.  Under mapped network drives I discovered that I still had the files and folders in \\FILESERVER.  In their Menu Popup 'Always available offline' is grayed out.  So I deleted the Copies offline.  This delete the files in the folders but not files.

  Since I could find no way to delete the old mapped network drives.  I decided that I had painted myself into a corner.  So I bit the bullet and re-installed my laptop too.  This will get rid of the unwanted old mapped network drives - BUT NOT the ERROR!

  HELP - I'm running out of ideas!

  These problems occur because the folders or libraries that you are trying to back up or restore include a reparse point.
  Analytical points are similar to shortcuts Windows or Unix symbolic links. A point of analysis can be used to point to a file that is moved temporarily to a different drive. For example, a reparse point would a folder such as C:\DVD to point to drive E, the real DVD player.

  I have Windows Pro 8, 64-bit, 8G of RAM.

  When you try to install the drivers of HP, I get the following error.  Extraction failed, cannot delete the output file.  I get the same error using the download I used to use with Win 7 and a new download from the HP Web site.  I have also tried to run the program as an adminitratior and get the same error message.

  I managed to do the work.  I found on my C drive the location of the files when extracted and run the installation program from there.
