  Several months ago, I tried the demo version of creative cloud and downloaded Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. Once the trial ends that I deleted them (not uninstalled as I should have) that I learned was a big mistake. Now that I have a subscription to the CC, I tried to download these programs again but I can't. My computer says that the apps are up to date but I can't open them because of what I deleted.   In order to correct the problem, please try to download creative cloud cleaning tool. Once completed, you should be able tpo re-download applications.

  You just bought 11 items to upgrade Elements 5.0.  When I click on download it opens a screen that says I can't have the latest browser or java is not involved.  I have Internet Explorer 10 and just reinstalled Java.  I am running Windows 7.  Failed to get support from Adobe on the cat.  Any help is appreciated.

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
