  b. what type of files are there in this folder?
  (c) where is it located on your computer?

  Try to delete the files in safe mode.

  To use the safe mode option, follow these steps:

  1. reboot your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  2. use the arrows to choose appears in the Advanced Options in Windows Safe Mode menu and press ENTER.

  You can also use Disk Cleanup to clean all the files on your computer.

  1. open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type and then disk cleanup in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.
  2. in the drives list, click the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
  3. in the dialog box disk cleanup, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the types of files that you want to remove, and then click OK.
  4. in the message that appears, click on delete files.

  I just installed the 10.1.0.1020 native SDK on a new PC in Windows 8. But when you try to update the native SDK, I get the message "There are no new SDK updates" and the list is totally empty, see screenshot.

  Problem solved. Installed the SDK again, but this time I used the default c:\bbndk directory and everything works fine. For the first installation, I used c:\BlackBerry\bbndk which works on another PC without any problem.

  The point is that if BT service is not running or is not enabled, the BT connection cannot be established.

  The cd is corrupted or damaged or installation loses communication with the CD-ROM drive. If you can, try another cdrom drive.
