  Updated to 10 MS today and my photoshop CS 6 requires the reactivation of use it. It automatically tries to get the activation code by going online, but it stops and says unable to connect at this time, "calling support '; but cannot get Adobe by phone and this phone says trail finally this product only is not supported by phone.  To start it requires an activation code and go online to get a response code requires a request for code I do not have. What is the next step? I just want to be back up and working. Thanks for any help.

• I can't get Adobe Bridge to start

  I downloaded a trial version of PS CS6 and it works fine but I can't get bridge 64 bit or 32 bit to start. There is no error message that there simply nothing. I ran an update also and that solves nothing.

  If it does not apply?  Don't forget that appdata is a hidden file.

  I finally got to run through another web page guidelines. In my case, I am running Win 7 Professional 64-bit and previously loaded Bridge and Photoshop versions CS2 (with Illustrator and InDesign CS2), who could have been part of the problem. The solution for me was to create an empty folder of "Bridge CS2" in the C:\Users\[your username] \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\. Worked like a charm.

• Windows Recovery error screen: cannot get my computer to start!

  After using my computer for a long period of time, I set it down for a few hours. When I put it up again, the screen was blank and I couldn't get out of hibernation. I manually turned off and restarted. Reboot, I had the Windows recovery error screen, where I was given the opportunity to 'launch Startup Repair' or 'start windows normally '. At the launch of the repair, the screen empties for a few seconds and returns to the error page. When you try to start windows normally, the system rebooted and returned to the error page. I did nothing durastic which would result in this error. Windows was preinstalled and came with any disks. How can I fix my computer and recover my files? My computer is a laptop Gateway MD.

  Have you tried from disk running of all of the above programs.  Of course, some of them managed from the disk as the Startup Repair and system restore.  Others such as SFC and chkdsk or event viewer can be run from the disk by using the command line option (and instructions above on orders to enter).

  Startup Repair and system restore has nothing to help?  Try these other options from the command prompt on the drive if you can't even in Mode safe (which is not a good sign).

  I tried to go back door in through Adobe Creative cloud and there I can't see me account, but not images.

• Cannot get Adobe Creative Cloud Packager to initialize

  Creative cloud Packer seems to install, but when it tries to initialize once the connection I get the "Oops!" something has gone wrong"message. I was told by the provider to delete and remove the OOBE username/AppData/Local/Adobe folder to the recycling bin. Got the same results.  I am on an Intel-based PC Windows 7. Currently I have installed CC2014 desktop applications and strives to upgrade to CC2015 applications.

  I recently installed Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on my new computer and get an error message every time I try to print to PDF in any program.  I'm sure I've had this happen the last time I changed computers and to install a patch.  Anyone know where I can get it?

• Cannot get the buttons to start the animation of edge

  Hi all.

  I have a simple animation I want to deposit in the form of an article from indesign that I use for an ipad app. The problem is the buttons. I can't make it work at all with the animation.

  I need essentially a button so that the animation will start and also to show a cross (close) button and then once the close button is clicked, reverse the animation back out of the page.  I tried all sorts of ways via the animation Panel and Panel of buttons but can not even animation to come and even less to show hidden until the outbreak of the close button.  All the other buttons in the other articles are very well during the video release, url etc but no animation... I'm obviously something very wrong?

  Really appreciate any help with this as its hold on my life :-)

  You mentioned the Animation Panel, which is a red flag. Native animations are not supported in DPS. Create your animation using another tool, such as Adobe Edge.

• Cannot get adobe 10 to work in windows 7 internet explore!

  I read almost all of the threads on this subject and tried several things without success.

  I followed some advice from edinbob (sorry if I spelled it wrong), but nothing works. I'm a little computer illiterate... Please take pity, and have patience if you have taken the time to read this.

  I have an HP computer, it says as 256-bit, and windows 7.

  I see no videos on youtube since the update to adobe, trying to install version 10, and a virus warning all as captured AVG (don't know if that has something to do with it)

  I downloaded the exe to install adobe, I downloaded the uninstall program, I downloaded the Remover Mcaffee also.

  I removed Mcaffee with solvent and uninstalled something else Mcaffe section delete.

  I temporarily turned off AVG and the firewall of Windows while painful to install it.

  Nothing has worked. What I am doing wrong?

  Before doing anything to your topic, I want to assure you that your system is clean. Go to www.malwarebytes.org and download the free Version on your desktop. If it is not updated automatically, then click on update on their toolbar and the update. When it's over, then disable AVG:

  Open the AVG User Interface. (Right click to open)
  Double-click the resident shield.
  Uncheck the active resident shield.

  Save the changes.

  Now run a Scan with MBAM (malwarebytes) and follow all the instructions, if they are malware.

  When it's over, you can Re-enabled moy.

  I'll check on tune as soon as I can, running behind today.

• Satellite P200-1EE - cannot get the camera to start

  After plunging through the forums, I noticed a lot of people have had problems with their bed with web cameras.

  Before that the camera was just in a bad mood, for turning on and off indicating other applications had locked its use (when they n even on t, not even in the background), but it has stopped working.

  I managed to uninstall the camera driver and download the version of Vista to the Web site. The software seems to have installed fine, but when you start the program it says "activate camera" and even by pressing the shortcut keys, I can't the camera to begin with, just the software with a gray screen.
  I checked Device Manager and not its use.

  Help please! I don t want to have to go out and buy a new camera.

  I have two Toshiba laptops and no problem with the webcam. The two webcams work fine and without problems.

  Have you downloaded the driver from the Toshiba site?

  Did you install the laptop with the Toshiba recovery disc or disc of Microsoft?

  You could ask in the CC forum. There are additional steps to install and activate Acrobat during part of CS or CC and it is probably best to ask in the forums. I don't know what are the steps, or I would go ahead and tell you.

• Cannot get adobe reader (version 9, 10, 11) to stay open

  I just downloaded, installed, uninstalled and rebooted (and use CCclear) vesrions 9, 10 and 11. When I double click, so it is a couple of seconds, then closes. No error message. I tried to click on a PDF file and opens it in white, then a few seconds and it closes. No error message.

  I googled this file pofusido.dll and it could be caused by a virus.

  I would suggest that you disable the restore mode as viruses use it to reinstall set apart them.

  Download and install the free http://www.malwarebytes.org/

  Restart the computer and keep pressing F8 to get into safe mode with network connection.

  Once you have updated Malwarebytes run and see if it can remove the virus.

  So delete all cookies in your internet Explorer.
