  This error indicates usually that one of the following problems:

  • You are not connected to Creative CC Cloud Desktop App and/or Adobe site with the same Adobe ID modules. Please first make sure that you are connected to the Adobe website modules (top-right) and the desktop application CC (high button on the page of good settings, preferences, account) with the correct ID.
  • More than one user is logged in your Adobe software on your computer using an Adobe ID different from yourself, or indeed you have more than one Adobe ID that you used to connect to. It can also be as a result of general license file corruption. Please clear your browser cache.
  • You are behind a firewall that blocks our license server calls. Please try to disable your firewall, or try again in safe mode.

  I bought the first items 14 through an external site recently (the site offered a subscription of one year and a discount through my work). I downloaded it no problem, activation code worked as well, but when I start to install, the installation program stops at 2% and then displays an error message. It is said that the installation failed and I have to restart the computer, turn off the antivirus or restart the Setup program. I have my disabled antivirus and have made two more options several times - nothing helped.   Problem solved.

  Installation of the 64-bit instead of 32 bit version seems to do the trick. Everything works fine now.

  All sorted. I called the tech guy at the store and I got fixed download to install products Apple Store only. I changed and everything arrived as expected. I did know about this because I just bought my Macbook Pro.

How can I (the buyer) activate this copy and install on my PC instead. She only downloaded files, but still having them installed. As my friend encountered difficulties to download, it may have exceeded the number of try and now I am unable to download all the necessary files

  I have correctly installed disc 1 and then realized that I should have installed disc 2 instead, since I am running Windows 7 64 bit. So, I disabled that I had installed, uninstalled and then tried to reinstall using disc 2. Now he says that my serial number is not valid. I tried all types of troubleshooting, I can find online.   Hi, I'm unable to install items 13 and first elements. It says the installation failed. I tried to restart the laptop, as it says but still used to install. When I click on summer error it says error 6 and exit code 7. Any help would be great. Thank you.
