  Thanks for your reply. After a process of elimination and 4 days, I have the problem sorted. It seems that it was a problem of AVG firewall. After entering IP address of the domain name, saa.co.uk and economy. restart and entered the address and Hey Presto! Back to normal - once every 5 days, I hope. Hate when I can't fix a PC!

In the excitement, I forgot to mention that when I got to the office as a whole, the mouse was working ok, it scrolls up and down like a champion.   A particular website does not load, and I was previously able to view this site about 2 weeks ago. It's a free WordPress site/blog.

  I keep getting the error message "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." I've tried deleting all cookies and emptying the cache with no success. I also tried a "DNS Flusher" with the same result.
  

  I followed all the recommendations on the link using Firefox and checked the FAQ and community sections with no luck.

  I can view the page in Safari. The owner of the website can view this website using a configuration similar to mine (Mac OS 10.5, Firefox 12.0).

  Nothing I know have changed since I was able to view this site 2 weeks ago for example, I'm not going through a proxy server, nor do I have any secondary security or anti-virus running.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  After some more research on this subject, I recommend you to ping the IP address of the Web site you mentioned in the post above: 144.76.56.227. Ping this address, please follow the steps below:

  Step 1. Click the Start button
  Step 2. In the search box, type "Command Prompt"

  Step 3. Click on command prompt

  Step 4. Type 'ping 144.76.56.227' and press ENTER.

  This should help to determine if your laptop is able to communicate properly with the Web site. If you are not able to recover all the answers for the Ping, it's probably a problem with the router or the access provider. If you are able to recover all the answers successfully, it is most likely a problem with the router firewall.

Tech in India say that there are blocking on this end to the internet. They suggested that I should create a different username for my computer and download under that. That is a not remedy the problem either. I can also say that access us the internet from our House with 6 or 8 different devices. They connect and send and receive data, including this one (the one who cannot publish with Muse). That's all.

Today, however, when I go on the pages of Waterstones bookstores I can't see all the images of the homepage. that is where I see products.
