Cannot renew billing information

So my Bank called me to tell me my credit card been cloned so that they issued me a new. Then by common sense, I thought I'd update my billing on my CreativeCloud subscription information. Also, I get a message whenever I open an app telling me impossible to validate my membership and I have a few days of service left.

When I try to renew my billing information, I receive an error message that corresponds to "something was not on our side. Try again later"... and that's happened during the last 20 days. I tried the chat and call customer service, but they are not useful.

What can I do?

Exactly the same problem here. I was very frustrated. On a whim, I tried to connect using Safari instead of Chrome. I was immediately able to change my credit card details. I hope this helps!

    I don't want to create another login Apple, because my current Apple ID is stored on the email I always use. I tried to change the email and save an new Apple ID to the original email, but without success.

    My only option is to change something my billing address on the existing Apple ID. No idea how to deal with this "your application is temporarily unable to process."?  How to change the address? And will the 1 dollar costs of return if the change of address has failed at all, because I have heard people say that they had to return the money the hard way.

    You cannot change the billing information in a store in the United States to a credit card outside and mailing address. You will need to change to the iTunes store for the Ukraine. You will no longer be able to use the US store, without being physically in the United States, with a US credit card and address mailing.

    Regarding fees, those are shims, not actual expenses that are used to verify your credit card. Those who must be removed after a few days. That belongs to the credit card company, not Apple.

    I don't know what else to do. I can't have full access to the features of Adobe. I am a member of comprehensive plan. I have access to all the programs, but my storage quota shows that 2 GB, instead of 20 GB. I work on two computers and cannot sync my work because it reads I've exceeded my quota.

    If I check my billing information, it displays two different plans. One expired terms of photography and a full member.     Have you tried changing the location in the control panel?

    Method 1:
    If you have not tried to change the location in the Control Panel, try the following steps:

    a. open the Run window by pressing on Windows Key + R.

    b. open the Control Panel by typing the command in the run window.

    c. now click on region, then change location.

    d. on the tab location in the drop-down list select Canada location and then click OK to apply the changes.

    Method 2:

    Reset the Windows Store Cache.
    a. press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

    b. type WSReset.exe, and then click/click on OK.

    c. the information store now open and indicate the following: the cache for the store has been authorized. You can now browse the store for apps.

    I desperately need to update my billing information, but my Adobe profile won't give me the option anywhere.

    I logged in, passed to the Management Plan, where it says that I need to change my information, as the previous payment did not go through. However, there is no link to me actually click on update. I also tried under Plans and products - still nothing. Everything he said it is because my billing information are ending with 'xxxx' visa, and no place I can update. How am I supposed to fix this?

    "Your Creative cloud membership will expire the 31.08.2016. We hope that you have been getting the best out of all that creative cloud has to offer. To extend your subscription, please update the billing for your account information, or add a prepaid card. »

    Then when I connect to Adobe and I click on update my billing information, I get the loading pop up window and an error:

    "We are unable to process the information. Please try again later or use a different browser. Please contact support if the problem persists. »

    So I tried different browsers and I have tried 3 different days and it still does not work. What should I do? Since I really need for my school and internship programs, so I can't let it end this week and we also paid for it last year so...
