  So I did the project using Flash Builder and since the SDK is buggy and can't be packaged and signed using Flash Builder, I have updated the content property of the XML to "App.as" and packed using the command line. I also did the 2 step of signing process.

  I think that 'App.as' is an action script file which I use in the tag content. On the other hand, Flash Builder creates a SWF file using this and which uses as content. My question would be, how can I do?

  you mix two steps into one. Please do the following:

  1. Change your content of the tags in the - app.xml back to the original value. so, something like this:

  Question has proved to be a dirty disc. as my 1 year limited manufacturer expired warranty, I have since last week bought a new HDD to solve this problem.

  Our technical staff has full access to Virtual Center but, I limited our permissions of LWOP. A common request of the NOC is the console access. I hesitate to give them that because in our group I have see it used for convenience rather than need. If that's my only reason, I'll probably have to acquiesce. I wanted to see if there are other reasons to restrict access to VC console which I think not. Perhaps around resources or other?
