Hi buzybeegirl,.

Thank you for your message.

I got the error on my first visit, to see that I was not using Internet Explorer.

You can check by clicking on the Start button and type "internet explore" on writing that appears in the form of "Internet Explorer".

If this does not work, try right click on the entry that appears, and then click Run as administrator.

Even if your account is the Admin account, you will likely worsen your credentials in this way to run a program as an administrator.

I was also able to recreate the issue on my first visit to the site by using Internet Explorer Onecare.live.com.

I looked at the address of the error page (in the address bar) and she had identified my OS XP, something like "osunsupported = XP.

So, I use Windows 7...

I tried a few times over, and it worked.

I can't recreate the failure of identification of operating system now that he's worked.

I'll see if I can find more information about this, and if I do, I will post it here.

In the meantime, see if the suggestions made above will work.

Please let us know how it works.

    Hello

I have a Satellite P30-110. Recently, he began to stop without warning and power off. When I start upward once again it loads normally without a scandisk.

First of all, everything started when I was using FAST via a crossover cable. It would stop shortly after starting collect the files. Then it started to happen when I tried to run a scan for viruses using McAfee VirusScan 9. Now, sometimes when I try to encode the video.

I tried to do everything above after the safe boot mode by running msconfig and disabling all startup items and normally. I still have exactly the same result.

I have not installed new hardware or software. I updated my BIOS 1.3. My laptop is plugged when this happens. I have enough disk space. I don't have a clue as to whats happening! Help, please!

It is heartbreaking how reckless SSII is during the cleaning of the registry during the uninstallation of their software. No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
