  I use a cRIO-9076 to communicate with a Keithley 2400 via port RS-232 on the cRIO. I have a vi test which is built using the Keithley 2400 drivers and it works perfectly fine with the vi is located under 'My Computer' in my project. If I'm moving that vi on the potion of distance OR cRIO9076 of the project and try to run the vi I get a

  VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF00A8 to the resource or the remote machine access is denied...

  I realized I need to add something to the list of remote access on the cRIO that I find a little confusing. I want to use the serial port on the cRIO by VISA to communicate to the Keithley, so I need to give permission to cRIO on the cRIO? I'm obviously confused.

  I tried to add a simple * (wildcard) to the list of access as a temporary solution but I still get the same error.

  I would like some advice.

  If you want to move the vi to the CRIO, you can change the name of the resource.

  my example is based on the cRIO-9068. When running at MAX on my local host, it can show as below.

• cannot not power off the virtual machine, but don't think the host it is running!

  I have two clusters VI3. An older cluster to 3.02 hosts and a new cluster with ESXi hosts. Level of current patch on ESXi hosts. New guests and old presenters sees the same storage, but I have additional storage which can see only the new virtual machine.

  Most of the migration to the new cluster went very well. A few questions. But a VM just GIVES me fits.

  After the failure of attempts to migrate the virtual machine to the new storage, I thought I just migrate the virtual machine to the new host and leave it on the old storage, for now, until we could find something later. VCenter events logs show that the migration has expired. However, the virtual machine appears in the new cluster and is no longer in the old cluster. Also, he turned on itself for some reason any. Turn off in Vcenter gives the error "the operation failed because another task is underway." Having the VM that I could put it off in before Vcenter, and no no unsure of how to use the RCLI for this, I have connected to the host directly mode "not supported" and has run vm-support - x to get the list of running virtual machines and their ID's so that I could kill him. • AdminServer cannot connect to NodeManager on remote machine

  My configuration is:

  OPERATING SYSTEM. Red Hat 6.6

  WL 12.1.2

  Machine 1. AdminServer (7001). ManagedServer1 (8001). Nodemanager (5556).

  Running in production mode. Nodemanager username and password specified during installation with the domain creation wizard.

  Machine 2. Server managed (8002). Nodemanager (5556).

  Machine 2 was created using pack/unpack the domain on the computer 1.

  Nodemanager starts in the 1 machine and is accessible from the administration server.

  Nodemanager seems to start OK on machine 2. I get the correct log message "Secure socket listener started on port 5556, localhost/127.0.0.1 host." However the machine 2 is not accessible by Admin Server.

  Admin Server error reported when I check the State of the machine is:

  «< 14 may 2015 15:48:53 IST > < error > < NodeManager > < BEA-300033 > < could not execute command "getVersion" on the NodeManager.» Reason: "Connection refused. Cannot connect to NodeManager. Verify that they are running at 10.100.0.90:5556. ». ' > '.

  Things I've tried:

  1. register (using nmenroll) nodemanager on machine 2 to the administrator of the server. This seems complete ok.

  2. change the nm_password.properties on Machine 2 to make sure that they match the credentials that are used during creation (those in the admin under fields, security, advanced console).

  3. and double check the following: IPs of the Machine. parameters of nmenroll. config.Xml.

  I created a VM (12.1 OpenSuSE 32bits) in VMWare Workstation 7; then I copied it to a host VMWare Server 2.

  When I try to save the virtual machine via the web, the server fails (or at least interrupts the response from Web page), so I tried to save it via command line.

  After searching a bit I found this:

  The question is now that I can't find any vmware-cmd anywhere, and when I run vmware-vim-cmd I get the following error:

  So I'm stuck... someone can help me?

  I can't tell you exactly what are the causes of the problem. What I would try (a solution) is to create a new virtual machine in VMware Server with the same specifications as the original one, then copy the two files hard in the new virtual machine folder and edit the .vmx file for the new VM 'OpenSuSE - 12.1 - cl1 - 000001.vmdk' use as its virtual drive.

  Greetings...  Recently, I experienced a power failure to my office when I was running two different virtual machines.  After the reboot, I am unable to connect to machines like VMWare tells me "this virutal machine seems to be running."  If I press the button "Take Ownership", he immediantely is back with a dialog box saying "Appropriation of this virtual machine failed."  How to unlock these machines?

  Hello

  First stop of VMware Workstation, then go and have a look at the folders where are stored the your virtual machines.

  It is likely that you will see some .lck .lock files or folders. Which ones you will see (lck or lock) depends on the version of your VMware product.

  Delete these files (move them to another folder if you are more comfortable with it), and then return to VMware Workstation.

  Reopen the virtual machines and chances are big enough to make them work as they used to be.

  JavaScript runs with different levels of access rights.   This could me stupid question, but I have installed Oracle Forms and reports 11g on Win 7 machine. I copied the file "tnsnames.ora' on the record ' ORACLE_HOME/Network/Admin". We use Oracle EBS R12 and I want to create a new report using 11 g.
  
  Using the report wizard after providing a simple query, we need to connect to the database. And even after the entry of TNS, I am getting error connecting to the database, following
  "REP-0501: the specified database can be connected.
  "ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified.
  
  I am able to connect to the same database using the Report Builder (10.1.2.0). Is there another place where I need to set the TNS entry? How can I solve this error? Please guide...

  In forms and reports 11g, default defined in tnsnames.ora is: ORACLE_INSTANCE\config.
  Please note that the ORACLE_INSTANCE is not the same as ORACLE_HOME.
  Example:
  ORACLE_HOME = D:\Oracle\Middleware\as_1
  ORACLE_INSTANCE = D:\Oracle\Middleware\instances\asinst_1

  If you set the admin TNS_ADMIN variable in the registry, you can point to a new location for tnsnames.ora
