• How can I prevent email PDF (created in Acrobat) since opening in preview?

  When I send my PDF page, if it is open in a different default viewer ('Preview', etc..) it opens to the right size, (it is designed to open the full screen mode and is not in "Preview"), and the hyperlinks do not work and are cold.  Is this because of people with operating systems more ancient or old versions of applications? or something else?

  Can I somehow treat the pdf on my end until I have email to ensure that the pdf file is opened in Acrobat and bed and run correctly?

  I know that I can include a note in the body of the email asking to be open in Acrobat, but I want to 'take the moving parts', so to speak, because you can not always count on people to cooperate; (we all know how easy button it is just hit the 'delete'.).

  You really can't prevent opening in preview. There was a post recently (in the region of forms I think) on the writing of certain information to provide information in preview, I recall.   There is a bug in previous versions. If you can put to update or upgrade, that you should do, the fields open in Acrobat Pro and put in place a different font. Then, it works perfectly, but would be better export with an updated version.

  I recently rebooted my computer; (Packard Bell) and now cannot run games or screen savers because it does not start. I think my problem has something to do with a Direct3D card? When I run screensavers, I get this message:

  I have the impression that sound when I run the 3D games, such as minecraft or GMOD.

  I run on Windows Vista Edition Home Premium and does not do anything but re - install my computer because it wouldn't start.

  I just got the Sims 3 for Christmas, and I can't get it started.

  I just bought a new p7-1126 of hp computer that meets all the reqs as documented on the site of AMD System. (win7 64 bit, 1 TB hd, 6 GB ram, amd quad core 2.4 GHz processor)

  This computer has an amd radeon hd 6550d graph with / 3 gb (I think) (which is more than 128 MB recommended)

  and the drivers are up to date.

  I get the error message "device 0 cannot run this title, no video graphics card supported not detected" and I can't seem to do anything to solve this problem.

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims3 deluxe/ambitions three times now, with the expansion of ambitions installed so the third time.

  I did a lot of other things as suggested in line when I did research but nothing works.

  Help is appreciated and I hope we can get this fixed a problem. Thank you!!

• 3110 webcam and Skype - cannot start video rendering engine. Make sure you have a valid installation of DirectX.

  I had a new HP Pavillion Elite running Windows 7 and bought a HP Webcam HD 3110 which is supposed to have Skype compatibility (clearly indicated on the packaging).  The webcam came with a bunch of software (ArcSoft Magic - i Visual Effects2, ArcSoft Webcam companion 3, ArcSoft Connect and ArcSoft ShowBiz).

  When I turn on my webcam using the ArcSoft program it seems to work fine (I can see and record videos with sound). When I try to use Skype, the sound works fine (there is a microphone on the camera). In Skype, the video does not work and it gives me the message "cannot start video renderer. Make sure you have a valid installation of DirectX.

  I have the latest version of the driver for the webcam, I have the latest version of DirectX (version11) and the latest version of Skype (version 5.0.0.152). I tried to use "ManyCam" program that some people recommended, but it did not work. Anyone else have this same problem? Someone knows how to solve?

  I integrated a .mp4 video into a PDF file using Acrobat XI and selected a Style of reading "Play content in a floating window.  PDF video does not play or does not play as expected on these platforms:

  • launched dropbox on the iPad - video plays but only in the size of the embedded
  • launched from Acrobat Reader for iPad - shows the video placeholder, but the video does not play
  • launched from iBooks - the position expressed or video appear

  Is there a conversion process?  Should I use a different video format?  What do you recommend I do until Adobe software can accomplish these things?
