  Hello, always that I close and then try to open the muse of adobe, I got an error that says that I need the "Application Manager" to start, so I went to download. After I entered the page it offers (www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_es) it is said that if I am already a member of creative cloud that I should follow a ling this as, which redirects me to download the creative cloud app. OK so I have download and installed and it works at first, but when I close Adobe Muse, the error happens again, so I went directly to the Download Manager application, but when I install it another error appears and says that it can not be installed, that I need to download Adobe Support Advisor... ok, so I went to download , but I just went to see that the application was abandoned... I have had this problem since I installed Adobe Muse, I just uninstalled creative cloud and then reinstall it (took me about 30 mins. or more)... but I want to do that whenever I need to use the muse from adobe, these errors should not happen I was so excited because I'm muse adobe...   I use the InDesign CS6 package with the Illustrator module. All other modules, but Illustrator works does not work.

  If I start the program, the program load and freeze when loading the police Agency FB.

  I use W7 Professional SP1 with all updates.

  Relocation of the modul that illustrator doesn't have the same problem.

  Please check these things:

  1 make sure you have work and Verdana and Tahoma fonts installed. If so,.

  2. close GOT it.

  3. navigate to C:\Users\your username\AppData (hidden folder) \Roaming\Adobe\ Rename or delete the folder 'Adobe Illustrator CS6 Settings. "

  4 re launch HAVE and check.

  Please follow these steps to solve the problem.

  Download and run Creative Cloud installer from this location.

  Once please download Creative Cloud Desktop Apps from this location.

  http://www.creative.Adobe.com

  After the creation of the clouds is installed, then you can download and install Indesign CC.

  I installed the new Lightroom on my laptop Windows 8.1.  When I double click the icon from the desktop or launch native Windows 8, the application does nothing.  After trying several times, I restarted the laptop and it still does not work.  Anyone else seen this problem.

  I have the same problem on a MACbook air mid-2011, with OSX Yosemite.

  This solves the problem: ambient light CC (published New update) HANGS with first launch on any machine.

  Manually download the LR and install them manually.

  Adobe - Lightroom: For Windows

  To learn more, you should put the OS and version and all the information you have at your hand on the LR, like the etc error messages.

  I have the plan of creative photography of cloud since April 2015. Everything worked fine, then one day, a few months ago, I started not to be able to launch Ligthroom more.

  Symptoms:

  -When I double click the Ligthroom icon on my desktop or when I try to run from the app dnuee, nothing happens. No splash screen, nothing.

  -Note that launch Photoshop well

  In: PC / Windows 10

  I already spent several hours on the subject.

  Here's what I did:

  -disconnection / connected from dnuee, with or without restarting the computer between == > unsuccessfully

  -Rename SLCache and SLstore == > unsuccessfully

  -Uninstall EVERYTHING (all adobe applications on my computer, same cloud Creative, player, air, flash. EVERYTHING). A ran a registry cleaner. Restarted. Reinstalled from scratch, from creative cloud. == > without success. Lightroom does not start. Photoshop does.

  If I look at amt3.log, it says that it cannot find a license:

  Has managed to solve this problem by downloading Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2012 and using the 'repair' option.
