  Thank you for your response. I've finally managed to connect with a support staff through the online chat portal & advises him to download CS3 web premium. Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end. He indicated that, in my case, the situation could not be resolved through this method, and I'd still have to contact support via the portal chat staff to help unlock my CS5.5 If this problem occur again should I need to reinstall it on a new computer laptop.

  I understand that you are no longer able to control the audio output on your Mac after installing a few different security applications. If you want to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac at one point before installing these applications, it is absolutely an option.
