  I could finally solve the problem with the help of support Adobe. For everyone with the same problem:

  1. Uninstall Photoshop.

  2 delete the following files (replace "in the program" with the Program files - your language):

  "C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\caps\"caps.db.

  "C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\backup\"caps.db.

  "C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\caps\"media_db.db.

  C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\ "pcd.db"

  "C:\Program (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\"cache.db ".

  3. re-download and reinstall Photoshop.

  4. start Photoshop and log in with your Adobe ID.

I went to the Microsoft site and downloaded the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 update 4 for x 86 and x 64. When the download is complete, click on the exe file. It will ask you if you want to repair or uninstall. Click on repair.

  After the repair, Photoshop CC 2014 starts normal. Hope it will work for you as well.

  Move this file to the folder program files is just ignore these warnings.
