  I have a HP Officejet 4620 all-in-one that I try to use with my desktop computer. The printer has been added to my home network, and I added the printer to my computer via the tab "Devices" Control Panel settings, but when I try to print, nothing happens. Strangely, another computer in the office at home, also running Windows 10, can connect and no problem printing to the printer.   I see that you are unable to print to your printer HP Officejet 4620. I'd be happy to help you with this. Looks like the driver is damaged.

  The software and the driver could have gotten corrupt, so we will need to remove it and reinstall.

  First of all. Please follow the steps in this guide:

  • HP printers - printer problems after upgrade to Windows 10
  • Run Windows updates, keep your computer current with updates for Windows.

  If the problem persists, follow these steps to see if you can solve the problem.
  Let's start by cleaning up your computer.

  • Cleaning disc in Windows 10.
  • Perform the clean boot in Windows 10 / 8 / 7.
  • Use the System File Checker tool to repair the missing or damaged system files. It's always a good idea to back up your data before proceeding.
  • File system check (SFC) analysis and repair system files & DISM to fix things that are not SFC.

  I recommend you to reregister the Installer engine.
  Here's how:
  a. Click Start, click Accessories and then click command prompt.
  b. at the command prompt, type the following and press ENTER after each line:
