Cannot update or download apps. Direct download offline.

Since creative cloud began we had problems updating or downloading software. Is there any real fix for this? The only one who works in an office of 10 machines is with a new facility.

I have been using the method of direct download, but it seems to be offline.

Any help is appreciated. The adobe installer stops at 10% so I can't spend.

It works now it took 3 h (200 MB) to download and install. It was a little ridiculous how long. Now on products adobe step 2 update / install.

It is currently stuck at 0% download Illustrator update so hopefully it will work only to leave from one day to the next.

    2. what programs or applications you are trying to update?

    This problem can occur either because of Internet connection or corrupt files program or application problem.

    If you are updating the applications, then you can try running app disordershooter and check the issue.

    I have windows XP pro 32
    I had problems with the updates and downloads from microsoft. It seems that I can not download anything from microsoft, MSN to the service pack of windows update I tried to download recently. When I click 'Download' the Web page just says I can't connect. The problem is not intermittent its recurring. I tried to email microsoft several times and the problem still has not been resolved. Common mistake, I'm getting 0x80072EFD, this is the info from the microsoft Web site gives about the error.

    I tried net stop wuauserv & net start wuauserv in cmd. I also tried ipconfig/flushdns. I disabled all my third-party anti-virus software. I tried to access %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts Notepad in Notepad, but it says that the file is not found, and I tried to rename the Software Distribution to SDold. I tried everything that was suggested to me, and nothing has worked.

    It is possible that a 3rd party anti-spyware, firewall, web Accelerator program, program of security/antivirus Internet and/or a proxy server interferes with the Services Windows Update (SVCHOST) to access the Internet.

    Suggest you add the Windows Update Web site addresses to the list of exceptions / allow

    If that does not help, check that the Windows Update Service can connect to Internet via ports 80 and 443.

    I have no trouble to download large applications and files on my suit; However, when I try to update or download applications on the creative Cloud, I keep losing connection and get invited again.    I have to do this over and over again.    I tried the SAFE START Mode on my Mac Pro desktop computer.   I am also having this same problem with my Macbook Pro.    However, if I take my MBP in my office, I am able to update and download.    I'm just not able to take my desk in the Office for updates and lower costs.

    Is it possible that I can down load to my laptop to the desktop and then transfer the updates and downloads for my Mac Pro to Home Office?

    Yes, you can download the updates manually for the software you want from: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates

    You can save the files downloaded to a flash drive and then connect to the desktop computer and install the software.

  • 8.1 cannot update or install apps from the App Store

    I installed my Windows 7 to 8.0, do a clean install (better update my laptop as well thought). Everything went smoothly, I've got desktop and standard applications. However, I am not able to install all the apps from the App Store. Whenever I click on install just stuck on "pending" and download/install doesn't move at all. He arrived I tried to install all the applications.

    Second thing, it is that I can not move my windows to 8.1. System tells me that I have to install the updates first, and when I try to download bar doesn't move at all, just stuck on "download updates" and nothing happens.

    It's really frustrating because I thought that Windows 8 supposed to be simple and smooth and its all just boring after two minutes as basically, that I can't do anything on this subject.

    Please help, I don't really have time to reset my computer back to Windows 7.

    Thanks for trying to help, but I decided to do a factory reset and return to windows 7. 8 is just a joke and the loss of my money. I understand that nothing is isperfect, but I expect a simple basic things like this work. its purchases as a car and wont be able to drive, but just sit in it.

  • iTunes 12.4 cannot update only selected apps more!

    There is an iPad app that I use extensively (X 32 - Mix by Behringer, a professional music app), the latest version which is buggy. I have turned off updates automatic app on my iPad and have been updated manually all new releases app EXCEPT this one manually before daily synchronization. With iTunes 12.3, I was able to select all app updates, DESELECT the one in question, and then right click on one of the other, which would give me the possibility to UPDATE 12 APPS, or how ever many were available that day, not to mention the stroller one. With iTunes 12.4, this option to update only the selected applications does not seem to be available - I have to click on each one, one at a time and click on "Update", carefully avoiding clicking on X-32Mix. Very annoying and lasts much longer. Am I missing something?

    I will also add my vote that I preferred the side-by-side listing of available items, click on (music, apps, podcasts, sound signals, etc.) rather than the drop-down below, which is not an improvement.
    If someone sees a way to select a group of applications and the update, please let me know!

    but they always appear in the update list

    Apple killed the right-click in this case. I agree it is very annoying, because there are tons of apps updated whenever I check

    Have you tried restarting your iPhone yet?

    1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
    3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  • Creative Manager of cloud - download error - cannot update apps

    It is a recurring problem for me.  Is this MAO or the new MAC, when I try to access the applications and updates, I get a download message (see photo) error that does not allow me to update or download apps.

    After having experienced this with the MAA in may, Adobe supports as much as me with a work around which amounted to create a new user on my computer and installing the MAA for this user.  I was then able to update applications I had previously installed and install two more applications on my machine.

    Now, I encounter this problem again - even for the default user on my computer and now for the new fake user, I created according to the instructions from Adobe support.

    I use Windows 8, Google Chrome browser (I can't update the applications through Adobe, either).

    I would like to get a handle on this issue and get it fixed once for all and, hopefully, without having to create another "ghost" user, so I can update and install applications.

    For my question, I finally found a debate of another user who knows what appeared to be a similar problem.  I don't know why AAMUdater is of such havoc for some people but not for others.  "It's a mystery.

    I had to view the appdata folder (I am running windows 8):

    Windows key + R

    Type "explorer".

    Click on the "View" tab

    Check the box next to 'hidden' in the unhide

    Then, I was able to find the AAMUpdater folder:

    Users/username/appdata/local/Adobe/AAMUpdate.

    I renamed the file from AAMUpdater to oldAAMUpdater (just to make sure that that was the problem) and and voila!  Success.  I could open the Creative Manager of cloud and update existing applications and download new applications.

    You, David, thanks for your suggestion.  Because I was not having a server error I do not think that this difficulty could relate to my problem of the anonymous download error.
