Cannot update the products of the creative cloud with Adobe Application Manager?

I'm an offer student member creative Cloud, and I want to update my CS6 products to have the new features that are reserved for the CC members.
I have installed all the applications on my computer, and then when I want to update to get the new features, there is a problem when connecting who said that "the update server is not responding. It is possible that the server is temporarily unavailable or the configuration of firewall or Internet is bad. "(Translation in French)
I use Windows 8, I have no firewall Windows Firewall exception, I try to make him turn off but nothing change.

Cannot download app creative cloud or Adobe Application Manager
I'm all of a sudden having problems with creative application of cloud. He asked me to reinstall (I think, a few days ago). I uninstalled, downloaded the latest version, and now it won't let me install back. He gets to Midway through the installation process, and then disappears with no warning whatsoever. The application does not install on my system.
In a first attempt to download the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I received a message stating that I had to download Adobe Application Manager to resolve the problem. I downloaded which so and immediately get an error message that declares "we met the following problems. Setup could not initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "I click on the link and it says Adobe Support Advisor is no longer available.
I'm on an iMac running iOS 10.10 (Yosemite Golden Master). Even though it was not officially released, I've had the OS for a while now without any problem to Adobe. I didn't update anything before this problem occurred, it seemed to come out of the blue.

Yes, I did. After you have reinstalled the operating system twice, I was about to start exploring other options for design program. On a last ditch effort, I was able to solve the problem by reviewing another thread (Creative Cloud Desktop won't install issues on Mac OS X 10.8.4). Step 2 in the process of Romit was an extra step that other suggestions had not listed and seemed to do the trick. The cleaning tool does not delete these.

Problem Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager

Since the last update of creative cloud, there automatically cloud devices icon and the Adobe Application Manager icon in my status bar on Windows 8 icon bar.
Before the update, there was only the creative cloud icon. If I click on the Application icon Manager creative cloud opens. They are both running? How can I solve this problem?

Cannot access the creative cloud with safari

You have a private power browsing? You can check the Safari menu item and see if it is checked. If so, please turn off private browsing. We are aware of this issue and are trying to solve.

PC W7 cannot close the creative Cloud application
Does anyone know why my pc W7 cannot close the creative cloud application when I stopped my pc?

This seems like a minor issue, so I recommend leaving her alone and allowing victory to force her to stop.

So many entries of URL blocker, Adobe, this is the reason why you are unable to activate the CC apps.
Follow the procedure below:
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.
