Canon Digital IXUS 9015

Hi, can someone tell me where to find a battery for a Canon Digital IXUS 9015.  I also need the

type of battery. Thank you for any info. Christalred.

Christalred,

Camera battery CANON NB - 5 L is available on Ebay.com. It is a Lithium Ion battery. The Canon Digital IXUS 90 IS camera made for the UK market, so I'm not sure of any places to get the battery.

    I just bought a Canon Digital Rebel DS6041, opportunity and it all works very well, I don't see the camera when I use the USB connector for my Windows Mobile phone, 10.  It seems no way to download the photos to the computer.  Where can I buy a device I can plug the CF card, and plug the adapter into the SD card on my computer?  Or is there a workaround that would make a direct connection to work like all other digital cameras I've ever used?  I've never had one problem for the computer to recognize any other camers, including Fujifilm, Olympus, Canon or other.  Why this one?

    Card readers solve a lot of problems like software latest leaves aside the necessary drivers for our old devices. Everyone should have a map handy reader because they allow transfers from / to any computer with a USB port.

  • Windows Vista does not recognize Canon digital camera

    I have trouble getting Windows Vista to recognize my camera Canon Digital Rebel XT.  I did the following:

    -Update the driver from the Canon - camera website appears in the 'Computer' window as an external hard drive
    -Find the device in the Device Manager under imaging devices like Kiss_N_Rebel_XT EOS 350 d, click right, uninstalled, and turned off the camera.  Turned the camera back on and the drivers were would have been installed correctly.  The device still does not appear as a disk in the window 'computer '.

    How can I access files on my camera?

    Thank you.

    Hello GDB8791,

    Thank you for posting.  The only time where I can think about when a camera come in the 'Computer' window would be if it has a type of storage device that it contains.  For example, a flash drive or memory key/card.  Check if you have the storage card inserted in the camera.  You can also open the Photo Gallery and select Import to see if it will access the camera.

  • Drivers for Canon Digital Rebel XT 350 d on Windows 7 (64-bit) PC

    How to find and install drivers for my camera Canon Digital Rebel X 350 d? I have a Windows7 (64-bit) PC. Canon said that widows 7 PC site doesn't have drivers for my camera.

    Hello

    If the site says ' driver may be included in your operating system or you may not need a pilot ' then you why that you need? Your camera has a port "output" (probably a micro-USB port)? If you can, just plug the camera into your computer, turn on the camera, and it should appear in your file (e.g. Windows Explorer) Manager. It cannot be labelled as Rebel X camera, but something more esoteric like DCIN or other such lettering which is actually the name of your memory card or other less clearly understood.

    If your camera is not a port of 'exit', it is perhaps not able to connect it to a computer (which would be very strange indeed). Thanks for posting here back with more information on your camera, the ports as they are and what, if any, errors you have found. I'll try to help you, but it takes a lot more information to do this.

    Keep me posted and let me know how you fare.

  • Canon Digital Photo Professional is not compatible with Windows 8?

    I'd appreciate any help available.  I just bought an HP computer with windows 8.  I got a Canon Rebel t3i for Christmas and you may not use the software that came with it for editing.  It's Digital photo professional.   My computer tells me it's not compatible, but I went to Canon and downloaded the updated version and it still does not work.   The error message comes when I click on to say the Office X program requires a display capable of resolution 1024 x 768 or more (screen area) and colourful or higher settings.   The resolution is defined as recommended in 1920 x 1080 and color seems high.    Very frustrated because my sister says that it is a great program for my camera.   Please respond to all suggestions.   Thanks in advance.

    You ever need connect your device directly. Buy a card reader for
    the type of flash card your camera uses (they are cheap).
    Place the flash card and plug it into a USB port.

    Personally, I prefer to do it this way. It is easier and does not use
    the camera battery. I have both these card readers - one I keep on
    my desk, close my desktop computer and another that I keep in my
    Bag for laptop to use when traveling.

  • Lightroom does not recognize Canon EOS350D

    I can import the photos in my Canon 350 d using the Canon EOS Utility provided, but I can't import directly in Lightroom - it appears a message indicating no device is connected.  I get (RAW + jpeg) photos on my computer using the EOS Utility software, then import into Lightroom from disk.
    I know that people recommend card readers, but I did not and do not wish to buy and carry one around. My laptop only accepts SD cards, not CF. I know not that import directly from the camera is supposed to work, so why isn't she?
    I installed the driver WIA and RAW codec for the camera and I can import JPEG sound files in Windows or Photoshop Elements - it's just LR that does not recognize. It does not recognize my compact camera (Canon digital Ixus 75).

    So, as you can see on line 36 file XML is not valid more. For this reason, I can't access the XML with any operation XMLTYPE data.

    When I stop the trigger and remove the linebreak by updating the following statement EXIFDATA works:

    DECLARE
      myXMLType XMLType;
    BEGIN
      SELECT EXIFDATA
      INTO myXMLType
      FROM lets_picture
      WHERE picture_id = 1;

      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Namespace: ' || myXMLType.getNamespace() );
      DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Root Element: ' || myXMLType.getRootElement() );
    END;

    But not this one:

    SELECT t.picture_id, x.*
    FROM lets_picture t,
      XMLTABLE ('/exifMetadata/TiffIfd'
                PASSING t.exifdata
                  COLUMNS Make VARCHAR2(200) PATH 'Make',
                          Model VARCHAR2(200) PATH 'Model') x
    WHERE t.picture_id = 1;

    So my questions are:

    1. How can I avoid the linebreak in the EXIF-XML data after 2000. character?

    2. why the XMLTABLE in the last SELECT statement works only when the element root in the XML contains no attributes like this:

    <exifMetadata>
       <TiffIfd>
          <Make tag="271">Canon</Make>
          <Model tag="272">Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL</Model>

    To reinstall the drivers for this device, click on reinstall.

    Yes there is no drivers for the device. The software supplied with the camera must be installed. The camera window should open when the camera is connected to the computer. Try using another USB port or use another cable, it can go bad too.

    In the Device Manager expand Universal Serial Bus controllers, search for the connected camera or something as a mass storage device. Right click above and uninstall, then restart, it needs to be reinstalled. If does not uninstall everything under USB controllers and then restart your computer.

    I have been transferring pictures from my Canon Digital via the Canon software in a Windows "My pictures" file for about 2 years with great success.  Today, an attempt to transfer was interrupted with the message 'Save folder not found' "Cameras Windows DC.  I noticed that was missing the file "my images".  I added one, I reinstalled the Canon software, I tried to download the image using the "Windows Photo Gallery", but got the same message as above.  What can I do to be able to download the photos again?

    Hello

    I am designer of jewelry and I try to take some pictures of my work.

    I want to attach my Canon Digital 350 d to Lightroom, so I can easily see my photos on a large format without having to constantly plug and unplug my camera to my computer.

    I have real problems get Lightroom to recognize that my camera is fixed. I checked that my camera is supported and the internet seems to suggest that it is.

    Can someone help me? My lack of knowledge of the camera and the computer makes me want to throw it all out of the window! I can't find a set of infallible step by step instructions on how to connect the camera to the software. and here, I've noticed that a lot of people just get directed to the troubleshooting provided by Adobe, but this page is has not helped me so far.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated. I lost all day to tinker without result

    Thank you

    If you are referring to this page you receive all the necessary information on the attachment.  Adobe documentation on this page for the attachment has become essentially worthless.

    A list of cameras that can be attached to Lightroom.

    Look at this page and you will see your camera support has been removed after Lightroom 4.1 (that's the legacy link)

    Pretty poor documentation to attach, about as bad as their quality control programming lately.
