  It seems that if the program that is running on a screen stopped working (usually called a "launch manager"). You have 3 options:

  1. check your typing MSCONFIG startup programs in the start menu, by clicking on it and selecting the Startup tab make sure that it is checked

  2. try to use system restore to return to a time you know that it worked

  3. download the program to new here (under the Application tab) to see if reinstalling it will work

  How do you keep typing uppercase in a series similar to the use of the caps lock on the computer?  You still have to press the left SHIFT key or right to do this every time?  Also, how you "BOLD" or stress?  If there is a site that deals with tap on "BOLD" that would be useful similar to functions in the above taskbar on this page of the message.  Thank you.

  Follow this, but remember, if you reset the phone, you need to do this again

  1. press on button green phone left of the blackberry button.

  2. press the blackberry button.

  3. scroll to speed dial list.

  4. (you should be able to see all the contacts that you have assigned letters for) go to 'A' and press enter.

  5. Select a contact and press ENTER.

  I just updated my Blackberry 9700 to firmware 5.0.0.59 3. I noticed that the AutoStandby 2.4.1 utility that locks the keyboard 30 seconds no longer works.   2 do you have uninstalled all the programs?

  Check if the problem persists in the new user account.

  I suggest you follow these steps.

  1: Look at the taskbar and see if you have the Quickset icon there. It is in the form of a Q that is blue with a yellow tail coming out there.

  2: click the icon and uncheck the 'disable on screen volume meter.' (On some versions you must right-click it.)

  3: If the icon is missing under start programs and see if you have the Dell Quickset program. Follow the arrow to the word "Quickset" and click on it once and the 'Q' icon should appear on the taskbar.

  4: If you do not have quick setting program you can download it from the website of the computer manufacturer (dell).

  If the problem persists, contact the computer manufacturer for help.

  Hi, I have a problem with a laptop HP DV4-2045dx who is now 5 days out of warranty.

  He has decided to no longer start, and never shows anything on the screen.  When turned on, the power light, fan and light volume bar upwards and after about 10 seconds, the plugs and caps lock Num lock light flashing 2 x and make a break before repeating many times.

  I tried to remove the HDD, memory, reinstalling NIC. I have made the power off the power, remove the battery and holding the button works / stop 20 seconds without change. I also removed the CMOS battery for 30 minutes.  I left the laptop on it during the night with no luck he restore the bios, I also left unplugged without battery for several hours.

  HPs site tells me that the BIOS is damaged, based on the lights flash.

  So how you fix a corrupted bios when the laptop does not start? Should it be sent repair, and whether someone has an estimate for this repair?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  * EDIT * I know that the HARD drive is bad, the laptop stopped booting (it would be only goto repair windows and my HARD drive diagnostic tool there not this day.  After a few other boot attempts from this start white screen)

  It finally sets the strangest way... removed from the memory and jumped into a 512MB stick older... booted up.  Shut donw and put the 2x2gb sticks in and functioning again.

  Running memtest now to see if it was bad or not.  If not... its waiting just for a recovery by post media.

  I found this as an hour ago and it worked, so my problem is solved.

  1 window key + R
  2. Type "regedit" and press ENTER.
  3. click on Yes
  4. navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Lenovo/energy Manager.
  5 double-click on NotShowMsgAgain.
  6 change the value from "00 00 00 00".
  7. click OK, and then restart.
  8. press on caps lock shift several times after that you get on the desktop and the pop - up should appear, allowing you to choose "no thanks."

  Anyway your solution does not in any case coz I can't find any "Widcomm" but tnx for the late response...
