• Printing photos edited in Lightroom and Picasa

  I have edited many photos in Lightroom only to send them to a print lab(ie: mpix) and have problems with low resolution over 4 x 6. I can edit in Picasa and print without problem-solving of any size. What could be the problem? I like Picasa is free, but I like the reset of the ambient light. Please help as I have lots of photos to edit and to customers, but also the upcoming shoots.

  Although I suspect the answer to this question is no, is there a way to upload photos of in Adobe Elements 8 for the Picasa Web Albums?  I use Google/Picasa web albums for a while and have an account with them and intend to continue to use it even if I ordered Adobe Elements for its more robust editing features.  I know that I can always organize and edit the images of the items and then launch Picasa to upload photos, but if there is a way to also make the download items, it would be perfect.

• Shrinking Bootcamp partition and add space for Macintosh HD

  Guys, after helping me with my previous question, my Macbook is almost as I want it to be. As said, I have a Macbook Pro 15 "retina end 2013 with OS X El Captain (later) and in addition, a Bootcamp with Windows partition 8.1." It's that everything works fine now, but the partition Windows 8.1 has 300 GB and my score only 80 GB hard drive Macintosh.

  I wanted to shrink the partition, Bootcamp in Windows 8, 1 with Minitool Partition software but, obviously, when I reduce this score I get unallocated space that I can't turn into a new partition because I have 4 partitions in the MBR slot. So, what is the best way to reduce my Bootcamp partition and add space on the Macintosh HD partition?

  Remove the Boot Camp partition, and Windows using Boot Camp Assistant. Then start to affect the size of the Boot Camp partition you want.

• Safari crashes and other weird things happening

  Hello, I have a macbook pro retina early 2015 and I noticed some strange things with my mac.

  I do not use wifi, I use the cable. Since I got my mac I never saved my password on it. I put on my firewall and I do not have too use the plug-ins. I also block each pop-up.

  Now at the beginning of this week, I did three stupid thing. Accidentally, I clicked on an ad on youtube mackeeper and also went to the Web site. I clicked on it. (now I see on all the Web sites that support ads advertising of mackeeper. I looked in my business but I have not seen a trial of mackeeper)

  Then then I accidentally typed two websites, I need to search too and both times I came across a site that told me I had a virus. The first pop up led me also a page with my ip address is displayed, and the second was a blank screen. (this happened with Wifi on a different location)

  I click on anything and quit Safari, immediately after I saw him.

  With wifi, I noticed some things had moved too much trash. This consisted mainly of recoverdfiles with WKresouches in them, and I deleted it. Back on the cable there was no recovery file in the trash more

  FWIW... Regardless of what I or someone else
  you... the best bet is to maintain up-to-date backups 'Always'
  of * all * your files, photos, documents, ect...
  external media. (Personally I archive 'all' of my personal files)
  on two different external hard drives and data DVDs)

  First... If you have Picasa or photo library open when
  you go to your pictures folder and try renaming a
  folder... the warning could be because these same files
  are being accessed in Picasa and photo gallery.

  You do not have three locations of photo storage... Photo
  Gallery and Picasa are simply a photo viewers / editors.

  Copies of your photos are not archived in these applications.

  And... one or two programs to uninstall does not remove
  your photos that you have saved in your folder images/s.

  Your actual photos would be stored on your hard drive...
  more than likely in your... Pictures folder or other folders
  of your choice.

  However... Photo gallery maintains an exclusive file
  that contains the original versions of your files that have changed for the
  goal to return to the unedited version.

  If there is no chance you would like to return to your
  versions to the original edition, you can remove the
  files in the original Images folder.

  in Windows 7, you can find the original image folder to the
  following path:

  C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows

  Your photos are not 'in' Picasa... it just
  access photos in the files they are
  checked in on your hard drive.  No doubt
  your pictures folder.

  If you right click on a thumbnail in Picasa and
  choose... 'Locate the disk'... it will show you
  where the picture is saved on your hard drive.

  If you don't want to uninstall it Picasa.

  I updated to 2.1 and I have the new gallery, but when I go to settings > accounts & sync and select my gmail account, sync with picasa web albums is not an option.  As I understand it (and based on the 2.1 information on the verizon site pdf) there should be a way to sync with picasa.

  Looks like the answer to your problem is to do a factory reset on your Droid, read on another Droid forum. Before the reset, they went to menu > settings > sync & account > google account > and picasa wasn't there. After the reset, Picasa sync is there.

  Photo frame digital downloads the fotos of all accounts that are turned on.
  You can configure max 32 accounts; 16 for 16 for Picasa and Flickr

  Other accounts are not possible.
