  I was wondering if anyone has had this occurrence. I am using Captivate 2. When I try to insert a video (swf) into a project, subsequently all the drop menus tend to "blink" when trying to access a command. I save and close, and then reopen a project for gout to stay stable menus when I try to select a command.

  This is a known bug. The solution is to click on an element or two in the library panel. The menus should start working normally again.
