Card AXS reader came without power cord

Just received two readers AXS - CR1 of B & H and both have are brand new and not opened with unbroken seals without power cords. The power brick has been included, but not the part that goes in a wall outlet.

Not a big because they are really cheap and can buy them anywhere, but thought you might want to know.

Same thing happen to me, when I bought mine...

  • The specific power cord for my Pavillion Slimline can I or can I use any 3 components?

Sorry for the long cuff links in the title. I was wondering if I need a specific power cord or if I can use any string to 3 old shutters. Also have cords in the HP store? I had a devil of a time trying to find it. The computer is a Pavilion Slimline s5610f. Thanks from a newbie on the HP forums!

    Hello

Did you buy your machine from another country? I can't believe this, HP provides no USB cable on some printers and now without power cord for a PC. Even in many countries of the third world, they still have rules on the power cords and normal for a country power cords should be allowed to use on devices sold in this country. Have you checked the box, the store where you purchased the machine (if local) must provide a power supply for you.

    Kind regards.

Hi, I use lightroom 5 and have been for several years.  Today I imported several batches of today images from different cameras without any problem, but the images of a particular card (with an incredibly large memory) does not matter.  I see other people have had similar problems, but I am not able to follow these solutions and would very much help here.  I have an IMac.

If you had probably two problems

Permissions, the other is the hardware problem causing slow import and the card cannot be read by your operating system.

  • Satellite C660D - 181 Power Cord issues and can not read CD or DVD

I have a Toshiba Satellite C660D-181 and my power cord has had problems with the connection. I plugged it in and the light on the left indicating it is plugged in and charged off and my cell phone begins to lose his load.

I must escape around and try to get it just in the right position to show him it is plugged. I have it plugged into an extension of the Strip which is connected to the main outlet (and the only outlet) in the room.

I use it exclusively in the living room so I'm close to the telephone and TV, so move it to another room will not be the answer. I'm afraid that the repair costs would be too high and the purchase of a new laptop computer is out of the question for now.

Another question, I'll have, it's that I can't read a CD or a DVD. I have Windows Media Player and Apple Quick time Player. I chose to play the media instantly, but it still does not work. I installed cc registry cleaner to see if it was a registry problem, but no joy there. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.

The most important issue to address at the moment is the power supply cord. I appreciate your help. Please, profane as computer jargon escapes me.

    > I worry that repair costs would be too high and the purchase of a new laptop computer is out of the question for now
What is this option? You want to fix it yourself?
Don t think that it s a real option since you would need good parts, hand tools, maintenance and find out how to fix it.

Since you and I don t know exactly the cost of repair, I would recommend first asking how this fix could be I mean, you can request a service in your country for a price and could decide if its worth for you

  • CF/MD card reader camera is not working now

CF/MD card reader camera does not work now. This has been "wobbily"from the beginning, but always worked til now. " There is no response when the card is inserted, and I found no way to update the driver - if this is the solution...

What is the model of the camera and the reader?

1 try to insert another card on the card reader to see if it works or try the card on another computer/card reader.

    2. the format of the memory card camera on the camera not on a computer, so that they cannot work by simply inserting a card reader.

    3. you can use the USB cable provided with the camera to connect to the computer. If the provided camera sofware is intalled on your computer, connect the camera and pressing the play button on the camera would have run the software and you will have access to your photos. Consult your manual on how to connect the camera to your computer. If you don't have the manual and the software, go to the support site for the manufacturer of your camera and you can download the software and the manual.

  • Presario CQ20-320TU: my notebook (presario CQ20) directly turn on when I plug in the power cord without battery

My laptop (presario CQ20-320TU) turn directly every time I plug the power cord without battery. What is the solution?

    Hi there @emonsonjaya,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! It's a good place to find the help you need, so many other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff.

I understand that your notebook is turn on/off automatically when it is plugged. I'm happy to help you.

I would recommend that you look at your BIOS, especially in power options and check if your BIOS has a setting option on automatically. If yes it change at your convenience.  Another option would be to update your BIOS and see if that solves it.

Here is the page of support for your model and, if necessary, give it a try, it will automatically download the file if you click on the link. You then need to run the executable file of your current download folder.

If you are having problems with an update of the BIOS, you can always restore it, using the following:

  • is it safe to run my compaq presario cq62 without the battery and the power cord attached?

My laptop told me that my battery should replace... I have to keep my power cord in now all the time coz my battery poer only changed as 5 minutes... is it safe out of my battery and run the laptop the power cord?

    Hello:

    Yes, you can do it.

Is it a matter of having a lighter weight?

You can also run the power cord with the battery installed.

Sometimes the battery is so bad that you have to remove and the laptop will not work with the battery removed and plugged power cord.

  • All-in-one DELL power cord

I have a Dell all in one that is about 4 years old.  The other day I started up and used for a bit.  I left to go eat and when I came back the computer was off.  I tried to push the power supply, check the power strip and made sure everything is properly connected.  No change.  I noticed that the ring of blue light around the power supply is turned off, so I unplugged the computer and the power strip.  Plugged in the power band and the light is on.  Fantastic, until what I plugged it into the computer where it was released.  I tried some other power cords (same size, etc.) and that they would also have slight shift when connected to the computer.  What can I do to fix this?

Best to remove your serial number.  You have an Inspiron One 2020

The motherboard can be stop due to internal failure.

Card converter or another motherboard problem.

  • Pavilion DV7-6175us: wire frayed at the power cord

I just discovered this thread in my power cord cut tonight. Spare part number is 609940-001. As you can see, the white wire is broken, but the only issues I have experienced with my laptop is my AMD display driver to crash. But after you have reinstalled it and Direct X, as well as some versions of Microsoft Visual C++, the stability of video cards has improved considerably. But tonight, he crashed twice in 5 minutes, and then a few seconds later, just let Windows down and showed me a message of BSE on my display driver. I then looked at my power cord, and I find the severed cord. The severity of a problem is the next, and how long should I try and get a replacement cord? Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for your answers.

Stop using it. It is a fire hazard and a danger to your laptop. Get a new one immediately.

  • What power cord for my PC?

    Hello world

It is a simple and rather ridiculous question, but to be sure that I wanted to check.

Last year, I bought the HP Pavilion elite hpe 083uk. There is nothing wrong with the computer itself. The problem is that my landlord wanted done on my place of work and in the framework of this I had to move PC, amps and other gear electric outside to make room for it. I had arranged the different cables according to which machine they belonged to when he came to put everything back in place.

The problem is that workers stored their tools in the same room, I had my gear and at one point asking one of them took all different cords and cables and threw them together in one box. As all the power cords are alike, it has been a nightmare sorting them. I don't want to use a cord wrongly melted on my HP PC and do not check what she was, as I'd separately. It is something that is hard to know now, as it does not say anything in the material delivered with the PC all the merger, he needs.

I think that a power supply with a 10 a fuse is good, but there are other identical differently melted cords with the exception of the fuses in their respective cards.

If there's someone with this PC or who knows I'd appreciate really if you could help by telling me which is the right one.

Really hard to track down, but here it is: http://www.ambry.com/8121-0739.html

According to the captain, cord would have a white sleeved 8121-0739 tag and numbers.

  • Pavilion m6 - stop suddenly and mystery of the power cord

    Hi people,

I got a very strange problem with my laptop from m6-1035dx Pavilion the past two days. This is a reconditioned unit and have had some problems with it in the past (both hardware and software-related) that I managed to fix me, but this one left me speechless.

It started yesterday when the computer was placed on a bed (with a CoolerMaster pad below, which I almost never separate the portable device) and immediately turn off the power. In the past, I had problems with heat stops, that I solved with a bit of air in canned and CoolerMaster pad said, so I don't think much. But the same thing happened today, and I noticed that when it has restarted, it does not recognize the fact that the computer is plugged in. Unplugged the cord/AC converter to three points (computer, converter, wall) and tried again, still nothing. Tried another outlet, blew the vents, power off and removed/re-inserted battery, still no recognition of the power. I reinstalled HP CoolSense (which I had removed several months before) and hope that would take care of things. Meanwhile, I shut the computer off again, and the LED power indicator lit on its own.

Several hours later, the computer was reactivated and placed on a flat surface. Someone tripping over the cord, and the computer turns off again. The LED power indicator is out once more, so I unplugged the power cord and left for a few minutes. Blocked again, and the power was back.

I am reasonably confident that I should replace the power cord at this point, but I want expert advice before I commit the money that him. It may also be interesting to note that while the power cord did not work, the battery (92%) had about two hours and six minutes of use remaining, which is well below the advertised battery capacity (to be noted that only Chrome was running at the time) and what I saw of the battery in the past. I think that the cable or converter can be shorted, then is it safe to use the computer at all? Wouldn't be a good idea to replace the battery as well? I will provide any other details if necessary and thank you in advance for any help or advice.

    Hi maestro35,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the Forums of HP, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the Forums HP first time here? Learn how to publish and more.

I understand that you are having feeding problems with your Pavilion m6. I'll be happy to help you with this. If it is running with the battery, I wouldn't worry about the replacement of the battery quite yet. As for the fact that it gives you less time announced that it could be the mere fact that the battery life decreases over time. You don't mention your operating system, this is why I have included two links below which will allow you to test and calibrate the battery. This will confirm that the battery is working properly.

Test and calibrate the battery (Windows 7)

Test and calibrate the battery (Windows 8)

I agree that it appears as if the power cord is the question. If you have a similar cord, you might give it a try to see, but there's a chance it might be the prospects of power supply for laptop. If something is shorted, then you shouldn't really use the laptop but without testing actually physically we will not be able to determine if something is put in short circuit.

    Thank you

  • Problem recent "Impossible to connect to Apple TV", must restart your Apple TV by physically disconnecting power cord

That recently started having problems streaming to my TV via Apple TV Air Display iMac.  Started getting the msg "Unable to connect to Apple TV".  After a repair all imaginable possibilities, the only solution is to restart Apple TV by unplugging / physically plugging power cord (simply switch off device at the power Board does not work).  Having to go through this procedure almost every day now to use Air display on HDTV.  The software is updated, only recently started problem after using Air Display on Apple TV for a long time without any problem.

If you receive messages that the computer cannot connect to the Apple TV while trying to Airplay (and/or) that you cannot connect to the App store, please try the following.

Go to Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration and trash the NetworkInterfaces.plist and restart.

  • Satellite Pro U400 freezes sometimes when the power cord is plugged

Hello! I know that this problem has been addressed here and there, but I'd like to open a new thread about it. Here's the scenario.

I recently bought a new Toshiba Satellite Pro U400-247 (PSU45E) with two batteries: (a) the original, (b) in addition purchased authentic of Toshiba PA3636U-1BRL, 7200 mAh. The laptop has the latest BIOS (4.80) and the latest drivers downloaded from Toshiba and installed (ConfigFree is not installed). I use XP Pro SP3 (own installation by myself). Everything works fine, except for one thing:

Sometimes (but), when the laptop is running on battery power and I plug in the power cord, everything hangs and I have to restart. A few observations:

    It tends to occur more frequently when the low battery alarm has rung;
    (b) it seems to happen more frequently with the 7200 mAh battery and less frequently with the original battery.
    (c) it seems to happen most often when a USB device (mouse, for example) has been linked to the laptop, but it is not a rule;
    (d) it seems to happen less often when I move the mouse USB at the time wherever I am connect the power cord.
    (e) I've experimented a lot with Toshiba PowerSaver settings (for example to change the levels of CPU for my profile) but nothing I changed seems to change the situation.
    (f) I tried different suggestions I found on various forums, but nothing works (for example the BIOS settings);
    (g) otherwise, I can say that I have not really seen a smoother computer, everything works really fine, no other problem :)

Everything that makes me think it must be some sort of bug in the drivers of motherboard driver PowerSaver or other drivers interact with battery, CPU or possibly USB. Y at - it an explanation to this problem and can it be rectified in some way (for example, by providing a driver update)?

    Hello

First of all, I never heard a driver from the motherboard.
There is a drive chipset or a graphics card driver. There is no such thing as a driver of the motherboard!

Look, man. laptop should work fine even the AC adapter is connected or not connected
If the laptop freezes while there might be a software problem, but in my opinion it could be hardware problem
You must reinstall the operating system if the laptop would freeze always the issue might be related to hardware

First of all the memory modules and AC adapter must be verified.
If the problem persists even using new modules and AC adapter, motherboard may be affected.
