  I have a Samsung R590 laptop running Windows 7, which has been brilliant during the last 6 months, and I use BT to my ISP with a Home Hub 2.0 which has again been brilliant since its installation in November.

  My wife and my children, each have their own computer laptop, all equipped with Windows Vista and not have no problem connecting to the internet at all.

  Last Friday, I turned on my laptop and it quite happily connected to the network via a wireless connection, but could not connect to the internet - I can connect to other laptops in the House (and data transfer to and from them) and to the network printer (and print to it) but I can't get a wireless internet connection.

  If I plug in a network cable, evereything works very well.

  I tried all the usual methods to restore the connection, restart the router, update device drivers on the laptop, the removal of the card laptop wireless and re - install. I know that there is nothing wrong with the internet connection of like portable Vista all work fine.

  I searched the internet and found a lot of people with similar problems, but nobody seems to be able to come to a solution (or if they have I have not seen)

• Qosmio G40-10 s: graphics card problem

  I have a Toshiba Qosmio G40 laptop 10s with a Nvidea 8600 M GT grafixs card. I was playing a game when it locked up and pasted what I would describe as flashing red/green 'Matrixy' search screen.

  I have never heard of this issue, and I think all you can do is update the LAN and the audio driver. The two you can download from the official website of Toshiba:

  If it doesn t work I think I think it is a software problem I would recommend reinstalling Windows Toshiba recovery disc. Who can restore the factory settings, and then you can test it again.

  I don't know really what I have to do in this case, and how I can communicate with Lenovo, because they have no possible way to receive customer emails which is a really bad sign.

  I had almost the same problems with my Y700 with the same hardware failure on the graphics card Intel 530 Mathmatical test chip. I just got the phone with support from Lenovo and they basically updated the Intel graphics driver with the latest beta drivers on the Intel Web site. The pilot, I had was the last that is displayed on the Lenovo for my Y700 page which was the 10.18.15.4271 version (http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-y-series-laptops/y700-15isk/do...). The driver downloaded the support person there is version 15.40.18.4380 (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25749/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-4...). She did some update to the solution Center and revived material analysis and my graphics Intel 530 now passes the test of mathematics.
