Centers image in cs5

Most problems that are driving me crazy. The image in the link below left in firefox (which is what I want), but shows that centered in dreamweaver. Ideas to please as I'm pulling my hair out here thanks for any advice.

The fastest way is in a straight line after the last floating

    style = "" list-style-type: none; ">"
  • what the hell goes wrong... heeelllpppppp!

  • ID = "column left" is float: left

    ID = "ticker" is float: right

    so

      style = "" list-style-type: none; ">"
    • what the hell goes wrong... heeelllpppppp!

    • Might not solve your problem, but it's a start.

      • EPub with Apple Pages centering images

        I use Apple Pages to create an eBook (I know I could have used InDesign, I'll use it for the next!). All the text is there, I used topics, and I am very satisfied with the result. However... When I export to ePub, the images are not centered. They are focused on the use of PDF. Take a look at my settings of the image pages to the following screenshot:

        The image (this is an example, but all 150 images in this way) is aligned to the Center by using the "Align" function you can see to the right, but when I select 'Center', it does not move (because it is already in the Center), and displays Align. I don't know if it's good or bad.

        As you can see, the image is aligned to the right when I export the ePub book and open it with Mac iBook. This is exactly the same on my iPad / iPhone. The image fell thus: look at the difference between the pictures shown in the screenshots that I added in this message.

        I'm running out of ideas and I hope you can help me.

        This is my first post on the Apple support forum, so please tell me if I could have explained something more accurately! :-)

        Thank you!

        Well, it's not too late to redo it in InDesign. The following has been done in v5.6.2 on OS X 10.11.6 Pages.

        I inserted and centred on an image in v5.6.2 Pages with above and below the text. The result when you export to PDF showed the image centered in overview and Acrobat Reader. When exporting Pages to ePub3, the image was right-justified in iBooks and saw that centered in Sigil 0.96 and Calibre 2.63.0.

        I decided to see if I could fool iBooks. With the help of Sigil, I added changes in style of book.css and referenced in the chapter file - 1.xhtml. Here, I'm telling you the div containing the image to use 70% of the width of the ePub with 15% margins on each side, apply 1em margin top and bottom margin of manoeuvre. Because the image is inside the div, I'm ordering him to use 100% of the container.

        After that I saved these changes in Sigil. The ePub open in iBooks with the centered image designated.

        I don't think you can fix this issue within Pages centering v5.6.2 image.

      • What should I do to display your images in CS5 - 64 it will not open them?

        The program will not open images, either directly, or the bridge.  Using Win 7 on a Dell PC.

        Strange, after the reboot, Ph CS5 and bridge are working again.  Thank you to have with me.

        How can I automatically apply an action to several images in CS5?

        Hello, welcome to the forum.

        If you are talking about a Photoshop action, you can use bridge, select the files and use the tools > Photoshop > batch, or, if you need also to save in different formats, tools > Photoshop > image processor.

      • Fixed color background and image in CS5 width

        In CS5.5, when I go to File→New→Blank Page→One fixed column centered, I can't find any way of inserting a background color or a background image behind the text box, which is what I consider the page, since it is that visitors will look at. In fact, it might be all they see if their browser is not expanded. If I go on the page properties and add a background color or image, it appears only outside the text box. It is not visible when the browser window is not maximized. I want the color of the background, or is actually viewing image behind the visitors of the region, that is, I want it behind the text. • Images of CS5 with Canon Raw (CR2)

        I just installed a copy of Adobe photoshop on my 2008 (or ' 09) MacBook Pro. I got this message...

        "Could not complete your request because the file appears to be a model of camera that is not taken in charge by the installed version of Camera Raw. .

        Please visit the Camera Raw help documentation for more information. "

        I installed Adobe DNG Converter 9.2recommend it.

        This does not solve the problem. I get the same message when you try to import or to start a project of CS5 with an image of CR2.

        CS5 cannot manage an image of CR2 format a Canoon 70 d or I need a new version of Photoshop?

        Any help would be greatly appreciated

        [email protected]

        Camera Raw 8.2 requires CS6, your only option, apart from the purchase of a newer version, is the DNG Converter.

        Simply install the converter DNG is not to convert your raw files.

        You must run it on a folder containing your cr2 files, which will be converted to DNG, which you can open in Camera Raw. (your CR2 files remain intact)

        The converter works only at the folder level, you can not convert individual files. (you cannot yet see in the interface until you click on convert)

        Before using the converter, click Preferences and set the compatibility to Camera Raw 6.6 and later versions.

        But to get the most out of your photos, I recommend you upgrade Photoshop CC.

        Photography Plan, which includes Photoshop and Ligtroom for $ 10 a month is a good deal.

      • CSS Hotspot on centered Image

        Hi, I set up the CSS following hotspots on a picture of the banner:

        This div takes the entire width of the page. It contains the background image and wraps the div. of banner:
        . Banner-wrap {}
        Width: 100%;
        height: 388px;
        float: left;
        position: relative;
        background-repeat: repeat-x;
        background-image: url(images/banner-bground.jpg);
        }

        This div is 970px and is centered in the banner-wrap. It contains the image and wraps the access point:
        . Banner {}
        height: 388px;
        background-image: url(images/banner.jpg);
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        background-position: top center;
        }

        It's the div. of hotspot that contains the position and size of the form of hotspot. It wraps the links of access point:
        .banner .hotspot {}
        Width: 90px;
        height: 90px;
        position: absolute;
        top: 30px;
        left: 30px;
        }

        so, here's the code for the structure:

        < div class = "banner-wrap" >
        < div class = "banner" >
        < a href = "x.html' class = 'hotspot' >"
        < / div >
        < / div >

        What I want to do, is to have the hotspot to follow the banner image because he "move" when the browser window is also.

        I tried without success to the following:

        (1) set of class a .banner width fixed 970px. This in fact uncentered banner image somehow.

        (2) define .banner .hotspot positioning in percentages instead of fixed coordinates. Made no difference.

        (3) value .banner .hotspot relative position. No effect

        Can someone tell me what I need to do?

        Thanks a bunch,
        MIke

      • Hide a complex image in CS5 with improve the contour and other tools

        I tried to use the edge of tweaking with masking feature. I watched the videos. But none that deal with images like these. I've done several of them in the end years and alsways upwards using the background Eraser and spend a lot of time on them to cut out the background.

        I want to be able to use the new tools in CS5, but I get to a point and then have meet up with other tools to finish the job. Is there an easier way to finish? Where are the thin green and thin green parties. I work with larger images, but this is just to show you what I'm working with.

        With images like above, you could make the selection using your strings instead of the quick selection tool.

        For example, to duplicate the red channel for your first image, using levels and tools brush or dodge on the duplicated channel to create a section.

        Load the selection of that channel, then use refine edge.

      • [AS] Labels to access text image in CS5

        Hi all

        I am updating an AppleScript of InDesign CS2 to CS5 and find a topic to access the image labels the text. In CS2 the script below would be defined the variable x for the content of the text block "bob", unfortunately, this script does not work in CS5.

        Tell application "Adobe InDesign CS2"
        the x value to content of the block of text "bob" in the active document

        tell the end

        The documentation, users know how to insert text, but not access. If anyone has an idea how to make cela in CS5, I'd appreciate it.

      • How to remove "Scratch marks ' image in CS5 review Mode?

        I just started to use the Mode of consultation of bridge in CS5. Most of the images have horizontal "scratches" on the whole of the image. Suggestions for correction?Adobe Bridge defect.jpg

        Have not seen this one before.  What type of tile you use (embedded or HQ)?

        It's probably a video card problem.  Go to the Advanced preferences and check 'use software rendering' and see if that fixes the problem.  If it card you video is probably not up to the task.

        If this does not work either, go to tools/cache/and purge the cache for the file that has a problem.  Let it rebuild without interruption.

      • Selecting an image in CS5

        Hello

        A customer sent me a .ai file and in the miniature of bridge, I can see the image I want to copy, but when I load the file in Illustrator CS5 or CS3 isn't the image I want.  I checked the layers and that you can't find the picture.  I'm confused because I can see it clearly when viewing in Bridge... what's up?

        Thank you...

        Is what 'image'? Some vectors or image placed pixel? If the latter, maybe it was connected and the client did not send the file. You can see in the bridge, because a file HAVE normally consists of a HAVE - PDF-part. Images are always integrated in the PDF part.

      • Definition of poetry (2) centering images?

        It's a solid proposal to prefer in many cases, adopt the good tradition of the Center (horizontally) the images on the pages, where the margins do not play their role dominating. The new margins or (now) spaces, are the same in both sides and related to the left and right word nearest the beginning and end of lines. And variable all the time.

        Perhaps the reason behind this is that whitespace is applied democratically, with the result a text floating on (poem), producing a superb presence centered on the page.

        I tried to implement an automatic process rather than drag the right side to the left until it is perfectly adapted to the long line and later centering on the page, fortunaly using smart guides. But this hand process is just a waste of time.

        InDesign has a tool to vertically fix the framework (framework to adapt to the content), but it does not work horizontally.

        It is scriptable?

      • calibration of the image in CS5 - CS6

        I am a teacher of a class to create a screen in the courtroom.  I have a ppt of the FBI lab who told me to take two fingerprints, to calibrate the resolution of the image and to find a common denominator before, I can.  I'm new to Photoshop and do not know where I calibrate the resolution of the image or how.

        Sounds good, do you know how to resize images? It may be a good idea to open them both in the same document and try to resize an opacity of 50%, while you can match the sizes.

      • Color picker out of gamut diferent alert warning of the range image? (CS5)

        I'm confused...

        I'm editing an sRGB image.  My custom proof condition is set to sRGB IEC, preserve numbers not controlled, BY intention or RC, PCBS. The range warning is enabled.

        I add some text and color using the text color picker tool. I have activate WARNING range in that and choose a color of the range e.g. #ff0000 off. I go back to the image and the text is * no * reported as being out-of-gamut.

        In fact * no. * color marked as OOG in the selector seems to be considered OOG, once I go back to the image with sRGB IEC selected, if they are when I select other devices to simulate.

        Why the disparity between the OOG WARNING image as well as the selector tool?  The tool uses another simulation device that I have chosen?  Who should I believe?

        Ian

        I guess the warning of the range Color Picker is against your workspace CMYK in the color settings.
