Certificate problem

Hello

I installed new horizon 6.0.1 and tried to connect to the server on port 4172 PCoIP VDI and get this error

vmware.jpg

and I tried to import the pcoiprootca but it does not change the fact that the certificate of standart after installing vmware does not work.

What can I do?

Normally, you do not directly connect it to an office of VDI and never on 4172.

Usually, you connect to the Horizon to the broker views 443 and gets then negotiated to the pool which is entitled to the user.

The only exception would be if you use Direct Connect agent, you would connect directly on the VDI desktop but still on 443.

Reason: the title was too long

This problem occurs when an old version of Adobe Story is already installed on a system.

To resolve this problem, you must first remove this version and then install the most recent.

Now depending on what system you use, are the steps:

    MAC:

    • Open the "Applications" folder in Finder.
    • Move the application 'Adobe Story' to the trash and remove too much Trash.
    • Just to make sure that this application is not installed on a different drive, do a search for 'Adobe Story' in the spotlight. If it is present on a different location, then remove it from there too.
    • Now connect you to story.adobe.com and download the desktop application again and install it.

    WINDOWS:

    • Open the control panel and uninstall the Adobe Story app
    • Now connect to story.adobe.com and download the desktop application again and install it
  • Could not open install Assistant.  I get this error message: cannot install the application due to a certificate problem.  The certificate does not match the certificate of the installed application, does not support upgrades of the application or is not

How do I download a trial of 12 items, Adobe?

I followed the instructions to download assistant... but get this message: the application cannot be installed because of a certificate problem.  The certificate does not match the certificate of the installed application, does not support upgrades of the application or is not valid.  Please contact the author of the application.

    Hi alposer,

Please delete the copy of Adobe Download Assistant you have installed, and then reinstall Adobe Download Assistant.

  • I play the family fued on FB. Security IE allows not only the friends page to open for money fast because of certificate problems. HOW TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM?

I have competitions with people of the family Fued in our office and when I've played family fued on FB with my lap top at home staff after I installed IE 9 and also, Security Essentials, I get a warning at the top of the page showing as a pop-up warning saying 'IE has blocked the page you are trying to veiw due to one or more issues of certificate' (click here to view the content.) Well, this had never been a problem before you download IE 9 and essentials. So I downloaded IE 8 instead we hope to get this issue go away and its always there. I was using IE 7 before all these problems.  Well, I must say, it cost me almost 15 k points because when I click on continue, it refreshes the page, and I lose the ability to select friends to finish my money quickly turns. I received information that I can go into tools, safety, custom settings and click a few boxes which enable and disable some things but not he changed at the end of this warning. I need fast resolution for this or I'll be someone to a 100 dollars looking for my loss of points and falling of my competition because of 'your security '.

I type the user name and password, but when authentication is successful, it goes automatically to the https version of the page, which brings me to the problem. I should add an exception (more on this option on the IE Web page) to this page to continue with the authentication and gain access to the internet. I enclose the steps I must perform:

I think that it is linked to the certificate, but I'm not sure who or where. I would like to get some advice on your part to avoid this problem. I have no intention to buy all certificates, so if I could jump the https would be great.

  • Ensure the mobility Client Certificate Problem | CEP-transfer-url

    Hi all

I'm having a problem CEP configuration for my secure mobilty client.  I created a connection profile to allow the certificate requests, but when I fill in the url-forwarding-CEP I get an error.

The certification authority we use is an internal MS CA with PEIE already active.  It has been configured for a long time with our current Cisco VPN client using authentication certificate.  The ASA is running 8.4.1.

Can someone explain why this happens, because it will not take the config?

    Hi Ian,

in case you are still having problems with this (I think the question is one week): it seems that the ASA asking you first create a trustpoint (in your case in fact 3 can be required, one for each CA certificate) and import is the CA cert.

  • Failure of the conversion due to SSL certificate problems - can work around this problem?

I began the process of migration of a collection of virtual machines in an environment of KVM to an existing cluster of vSphere and try to use the converter (5.5) do a dynamic conversion/migration of a Ubuntu box, but it does not reason create the virtual disk on one of the hosts because of the SSL certificate, and I found no other messages or articles specifically on this (looks like most associated with SSL include improving speed)

In the worker newspaper, I can see that:

    • The converter is able to successfully create the target VM
    • The attempt to create the virtual disk is defective for the certificate SSL is not invalid (all systems in the cluster appear to be using default certificates from VMware).  In the log file of the worker:

    2014-08 - 07T 09: 35:13.947 - 07:00 [warning 06620 'Default'] [, 0] SSL_IsVerifyEnabled: failed to read the registry value. Falling back to the default behavior: verification on. LastError = 0

    • The goal of the virtual machine is removed.

Is it possible to simply disable the validation of certificate for this process?  In the newspaper, it looks like a registry key that it would control, but I have not found any information on this subject (or guessed correctly).  Or can I import this certificate on the local Windows system running converter to get around it (I could not with this approach, but either)

It's really not clear to me which system validation.  While the worker log shows it connect to the vSphere host, there is no such line indicating it connects to the host where the target VM is located, and it looks like this is the host with the certificate which is considered not valid.   Validation occurs not on my local system running the converter? (the parameters of the vCenter server shows that the box 'vCenter requires a verification of certificates SSL host' is unchecked already)

    Thank you

    Scott

You might want to take a look at Re: an error occurred when opening a virtual disk. Make sure that the converter server and source running machines have network access to the ESX/ESXi hosts source and destination and let me know if it works for you.

    3. Select the .p12 file you created

    4. Enter the required password, make sure that the check box the key is exportable is selected

    5. right click on the new certificate, change its properties, and add the friendly name "vdm".

    6. remove the friendly name of the self-signed certificate generated or remove it completely

7 delete locked.properties lines you had before
