  I really don't see the issue. See this snippet (drag it into a diagram to use) - a single click displays the selector, the second allows you to select the color.

  In Illustrator, I couldn't find any mention of such a method, or another option to display dialog programmatically, you would normally get when you double click on the square in Illustrator fill color.

I checked the color (RGB mode) Mode and colors... everything seems to be good for me.

  According to the information, you're supplyng we using the screenshot, it is very clear, you're wrong, the color Mode is CMYK and non RGB just look at you screenshot and you'll see what I mean.

  The color mode of the Document in two screenshots shows CMYK.

  The color you see is planned. Change the color correctly in RGB mode and it will solve your problem.
