Change of subscription
Hello. I have a problem with changing my trial to a paid subscription. After paying the tax required for Adobe Muse, I'm in the cloud to Adobe, but nothing seems to be changed at all. The application Adobe Muse that I paid for always tells me trial period has expired and so I need to buy it again. How is that possible? I loged out from Adobe could and then loged again. I tried to reinstall the sytem as a whole using AdobeCleantool. Nothing helps. Please advice what should I do to solve the problem?

I have a simple-app for Photoshop creative cloud membership (one year).
I want to change it to Photograhers superscription, and I want to add a subscription to Dreamweaver.
I follow the instruction for help, but I can't cancel or change my subscriptions because I can not find the help options. I read the complete help system, but it is not true that the system.
I'm trying to find the spot somwhere to support, and I find that this way.
I can't believe that WAA has a poor support system...

Yes, you can simply download the Creative Cloud Desktop App on mac system by mentioning the link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
Once downloaded, sign in using your Adobe Id & password and install Photoshop & other product purchased.

How do I change my subscription options and renewal CC?
Currently I have a subscription to 'Creative cloud for the teams'... and in the upper right corner it says "date of renewal; September 4, 2016"
Now, I have a few questions;
(1) I don't want any kind of automatic renewal...
How can I turn off this option, and it would be possible to send me a reminder so that I can decide if I want to renew it or not?(2) I would also like to change my subscription method, since I now have access to all Adobe applications... which is great, but I didn't need them all.

If you have a subscription to creative cloud, you must not change the subscription as cloud programs creative are multiplatform and are compatible with Windows and Mac machines.

It would be preferable that you contact customer service to see how you can transfer membership or get a refund adjusted for months unused so that you can cancel and start a new membership. I had to do something similar and this is what worked for me.

I teach at a University and want to change my subscription CC to an academic. Why not phone chat lines and Adobe today? $50 a month and without the ability to communicate with a real person? I tried several times to contact Adobe today. If I don't hear from someone in a few hours, I all just cancel my membership and then buy a school subscription using my credentials. Would be nice if I could actually talk to a real person and just convert my existing subscription.
