  I'm on Windows 8.1 and if I go to http://useragentstring.com/ it detects Windows NT 6.2 instead of 6.3. Please see my screenshot here: http://imgur.com/7CbJzop

When I visit some pages on Microsoft as http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/tutorial Microsoft detects that I have Windows 8 on my computer and I get a message to upgrade to Windows 8.1.
