Changed your not saved credit card details?
For the plan of photography, I changed my details of credit card through 'edit payment details', click on save. I was then taken up to the previous page where my old credit card number is always displayed. Makes no sense, and Adobe does not have money?
You have quite the site and clear the cache of your browser then look again? Sometimes your browser will display old information on a page that you all ready visited. If it still shows the wrong info, contact Adobe:

If you allowed them access to your PC, then it is a problem. I considered reinstalling my OS and change all my passwords. It would also make sense, if you use the online banking etc., to inform your bank that you have a security hole on your PC. This will alert them to anyone using your current password to the Bank etc.

My credit card details the changes received notifications that my subscription is going to expire. I go to my account and following the instruction at 'account of mane' unfortunately having said just I'm on a free 30 day period - so I don't have the opportunity to update my credit card. - Login to Adobe.com, using your Adobe ID and password.
- Click on manage an account in your name on the left side of the window.
- Search for your subscription and click on manage.
- At the bottom of the window, click on Edit payment details.

Try to open the Web page in another Web browser, enter the information and verify if you are able to save the changes you made.

First of all, I must ask, why everything related to customer service makes Adobe such a nightmare? The support team is tough, if you can never understand how to enter in contact with them and their policies on predators border. In the past, I tried to stop my subscription. I told them I could pay is no longer the creative cloud together, and I had no use for him. The answer, 'fine, but you have to pay $264. What part of "could no longer afford" to not translate? The representative was rude and ruthless insensitive to my situation. This is how Adobe treats their customer? I am trying to download the so-called 'Free Upgrade' to install OS X El Capitan in my MacBook Air and Apple has been making me stop for 3 hours! What is happening with this? I get my UK credit card details and tells me to contact www.apple.com/support. I get my PayPal details, same nonsense! Why do I still need to enter payment details for what is advertised as free, anyway? I try to create a new Apple ID, select 'None' in the payment option and again once I am cordially invited to go jump off a cliff, I'm sorry, I meant I thought to contact www.apple.com/support. Very disrespectful? Is that how the client valuable time worth of Apple? They bait us with a 'free Upgrade', and then push us down a rabbit hole in order to get their hands on their magnanimous awarded free gift? It's really infuriating! I saw the number of threads with people, raising the same issue, but Apple doesn't give a flying fudge because they have done nothing to fix it. All the other options that the community suggests that I might try another ones already listed in my post?

You do not have to be signed in one identifier apple to download 10.11. But if you try to create a new apple ID check that your signature in the right region. For example, it is the American site. If you try to use your info from the United Kingdom that could be the cause of your problem.

Support cat redirect me to a Chinese adobe page (I'm from the Hungary, cannot read Chinese..), then told me to call the local dealer support instead.
Local support dealer told us that they cannot support the members of creative cloud, they are processed centrally by Adobe.
Back to cat, again describing what I need a new agent...

If you have a problem like that reported lack of cloud Ltd, then clear the cache and cookies of your browser, restart the browser and try again. You can also try a different browser. You shouldn't have a problem, but I just wanted to notice how badly pushes the question where you do.
