  I think you're looking in the root folder not your home folder.   Tilde ~ in front of the first slash indicates the folder.

  Try this...

  Quit Safari.

  Open a Finder window. In the Finder menu bar, click go > go to folder

  Type or copy paste the following text:

  ~/Library/preferences/com. Apple.Safari.plist

  Click OK, and then move the com.apple.Safari.plist file to the trash.

  Restart Safari to test.

• Contacts of Q10 of blackBerry not saved

  I enter contacts manually in contacts on my Q10.  He first asked me if I wanted to save the contacts locally or on my SIM card.  I chose first locally, entered several names and phone numbers, you click Save for each, but they are not on a list of contacts... not all, Favorites, SIM... not that that's the list.  So I thought maybe I needed save on my SIM card and reinstated the 14 contacts that I started with.  Now, when I click on all Contacts, I see only 10 contacts who have Facebook accounts (even though I have the Facebook link disabled).  The other 4 contacts are not there at all.  When I click on contacts from the SIM card, the list is totally empty, although I said that is where I want to save.  What I am doing wrong?

  UPDATE: I took the Sprint technical support phone to our store.  Even if I had updated the software just 3 weeks ago, they did another update of software (including the Contacts app) and everything reset.  All contacts are saved, and I can save on local.  Everything seems to work fine now!

  Please try to take backup of router and try to downgrade the firmware to 1.1.0.9 and check the status of configuration in this version. If it works fine please try to update the firmware version of the 1.1.0.9 > 1.2.0.10 > 1.2.1.4 > 1.2.1.7 and verify the configuration changed and made me know the status to go further.

  Sounds like the file that your linked css file save you when you are prompted. Only one css file that is linked to all pages would change all your web pages. You will then need to open that and then make the changes in this file in contrast to those that you saved by mistake.

  I suspect that you used the Panel css Design to make your css revisions in order to revert the changes through that and then save the css file.

• Cannot change the Contacts after having migrated to Tungsten E2

  I recently migrated my old Tungsten e - whose battery life started shit after years of use - to a new Tungsten E2.  To my horror, I found that even if I change the contacts on the Palm Desktop, when I edit existing on my Tungsten E2 device contacts, after that I have make changes & press 'fact - fact-[complete]', the changes I made are not actually saved.  Indeed, I'm unable to change existing contacts on my device.

  After some tests, I found that this problem is true only for my legacy contacts records that have been migrated from my old Palm.  If I create a new contact, the new Tungsten E2 or via the desktop record, I can edit it and make changes without problem on the handheld.  (Note that I can edit notes, back and some calendar entries without problem).

  I have the Palm OS v. 5.4.7 on the device and the Palm Desktop 4.1.4 on the XP PC.

  I suspect that the problem is related to the fact that last spring I upgraded my PC at home and a MacBook Pro for a period months I HotSync my Palm Tungsten E to work on my XP machine and then also home for my new MacBook Pro (I like the idea of two sets of backups).  It worked well in time.  But now that I've migrated to the Tungsten E, I wonder if some not-so - wonderful things were made to my contact records of sync for two different platforms at home and work.  Note for both I used the desktop software Palm native to HotSync (a pleasure on XP, less on the Mac).

  Yesterday, I spent two hours with Palm time support staff via chat online and also on the phone.  After several soft resets, resets hard to export my contact data and then - import, blah and blah, their conclusion was, "sorry, your data is corrupted, we cannot help you.'  Hmmm.

  I am interested in anyone's thoughts on how to solve this riddle.  My bet is it's fixable with the right know-how.

  The key question is where these contacts are housed.

  If, for example, they are housed in Facebook, Outlook, gmail... your approach does not work.  It would be much better in the case of change your contact to the source information.
