Charge double for my creative cloud membership
At first my billing date is the 5th of each month. After that I accidentally updated my CC package + stock and changed to CC membership, new members CC began Dec. 16... But this month, I was charged for my CC membership on both the 5th and 16th.
, I contacted the team of Chat a few times but nothing in fact... They asked me to wait for the relevant team to contact me within 2-3 business days... I waited 7 working days... No one back to me.
Any member of the staff in the forum can help me to get the issue resolved please? Thank you.

There is none.
Adobe has done allusion to provide upgrade options paid to store several times since the cloud was released, but nothing's happened yet.

A that CC can be installed on several computers by just downloading but it can be activated twice. So you'll have top be careful about activation.
Activation of the CC is possible on the third machine by turning off the previous machine.

My problem is mainly in the title. I don't remember being asked to activate or to pay for the service and I only realized that I was charged when checking my bank records.
How and why have I been charged? I canceled the product today but I don't know which provides a refund because it is an annual fee. Is there a link between Apple and Adobe, which automatically configures this accusation? And how can I get a refund.

Cloud creative for iOS is a free application, so you should not be charged for it. Adobe Creative cloud on the App Store on iTunes
You must only be loaded during a creative cloud membership if you bought for your PC or Mac.

I get charged $74.95 per month for the creative cloud. I am trying to cancel it, but according to my adobe account info, I'm not on a plan. How is what happens? And how can I stop Adobe to credit my credit card each month?

(1) is the license for 1 or can it covers 2 users? (2) can they access it from PC or MacBook this year? Thanks for your help.
each single-user license, it's just that, for a single user and can not (legally) be shared between two different users.
programs of CC can be installed on pc or mac. each user can install on an unlimited number of computers, but can only connect to, at most, two computers at a time. These 2 computers can be 2 pcs, 2 macs, or one of each.

Second, I pay for the second, third, I couldn't download the indesign cc (which I need at this time because they require the serial number). Your creative cloud membership will be passed to free at the end of the next billing period because we were able to charge the credit card. Update your payment information to your paid subscription.
My credit card information is valid so that this email should not have been sent.
I was asked to click on a link in the body of the e-mail, in order to update my payment information for CC.
In view of the breach of huge customer info, I decided to connect to the CC page instead and review my payment information there.
When I tried to update, I received an error message saying that something was wrong on the side of Adobe.
Can someone advise please? It becomes frustrating.
