Checksum of diagnostic images of FLAX

From the help of ncSetAttr.vi (in the library CAN frame API):

LIN Checksum type

Specifies the method that the LIN interface must use to calculate the checksums published data, or the audit received checksums for syndicated data. The values of this attribute are:

0 Classic (default)
1 Enhanced

Affecting the classic LINEN Checksum Type indicates that the specified calculation of checksum LIN algorithm must be applied only to the data bytes. Definition of Type of Checksum of LIN improved indicates that calculation of checksum algorithm must be applied to the ID and data bytes.

Could someone confirm that the Classic checksum calculation method will be used by NI USB-8476 and interfaces NI PCI-8516 for diagnostic frameworks (ID 0x3C and 0x3D) even if the FLAX Checksum Type has improved ?

Thanks in advance

Yes - the NI USB-8476 and NI PCI-8516 offers use internally the classic checksum for the frame IDs diagnosis according to the LIN specification, regardless of the configuration for the other ID.

My friend turned on their laptop packard Bell recently and had the following problem. Windows XP screen loads but is then followed by a blue screen that says STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}. The image rpcrt.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the checksum calculated.

I can't the laptop to go further. I have accessed the Microsoft recovery Panel and try a non-destructive recovery as there are some precious photos that need backup. However, when you select 'no profile' to begin the recovery, I get the message:

Error during the extraction process. Details of error: path not found

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to this sort of thing, but if someone can provide step by step help giving rise to lose photos, I'd be willing to give it a try. I also have XP Home Edition disk that came with the laptop but has never been opened. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You hear your message said something about rpcrt4.dll?  It is important to relay the exact message you see.

Please provide additional information on your system:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

You use some CD to access this Panel of Microsoft recovery where this "no profile" option is?  I don't know what all this means if it isn't some CD shipped with your system, in which case, I would use it for a coaster instead of something to fix your system.

If the c:\windows\system32\rpcrt4.dll file is missing or afflicted, you do not start in the last good known Configuration.

You also will not start in any kind of Mode safe no more.

Even if you could boot mode safe, you would find that sfc/scannow does not work in Mode without failure in all cases (never).  If you try it, you'll see a message like this:

Windows file protection could not initiate a scan of protected system files.

The specific error code is 0x000006ba [the RPC server is unavailable.].

Failed to start the RPC mode server safe either.

I can't recreate your error exactly, but it is easy to replace the rpcrt4.dll file.  Looks like you have a working CD drive, so put yourself a Hiren boot CD and when you started on this, you can copy your precious files to a USB device for safety.

There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

You need to rename or replace the rpcrt4.dll file which is in c:\windows\system32 and replace it with one you will find the backup copies.

There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

When you get the Hiren's CD's, you can use to replace the missing or suspicious file.  If you need help with that, first get the Hiren's boot CD made and start over, then we can continue.

Do you have a Hiren BootCD you can download here:

    http://www.hirensbootcd.NET/

On the left, click on download, scroll down, choose the latest version, the download link is a little hard to see.  It is at the bottom of the page, above the drop for older versions and looks like this (click this component to download the ZIP file):

Direct HTTP mirror + Torrent, Torrent Magnet

Click the "Live HTTP Mirror" link to start the download and save the ZIP file on your desktop of somewhere that you can remember.

The ZIP file is large, so the download will take probably some time to complete.  Then unzip the download to extract the Hirens.BootCD.ISO file that will be used to create your new bootable CD.

Create a bootable CD. ISO file is not the same as simply copying the. File ISO onto a blank CD.  You must use software that includes how to burn a. ISO to a CD to create a bootable CD.

File ZIP the Hiren is the file BurnToCD.cmd that you can double-click to launch it.  The BurnToCD.cmd will use the file BurnCDCC.exe to burn the. ISO file onto a blank CD using your existing CD burner.  You can also use your own burning software as long as your software is able to create a bootable CD. ISO file.  More modern burning programs can create a bootable CD. ISO image.  Create a CD from an ISO image bootable is not the same as just the file on a CD burning.

If you need a simple and CD burning, this is a free software popular software:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your new bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.

These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When starting on the Hiren's CD, you will see a menu of options.  Choose Mini XP.  It will appear while Windows is loading and you will be presented with a desktop computer that has the look and feel of the interface of Windows Explorer, you are already accustomed to using.

Using the Mini XP, you can access Internet, maneuvering around your system, search for files, copy files, replace the files and run the scans for malware, edit the text files (like the c:\boot.ini) etc.

There are dozens of free and useful tools included in the CD that can be used to repair your system or copy your important personal files on another device (like a USB device or an external drive) in the case where you just give up and decide to reinstall your XP (I hope that you will not make this decision)

Do, or do not. There is no test.

  • The diagnostic image not found on your computer

We had this HP computer for about 3 weeks and I tried to create a backup disk according to the instructions for "tune up your computer.  I get the same error message "the diagnostic image is not found on your computer.  Please contact HP support.  Our computer is HP x 2301-suggestions anyone?

OK, I found the desktop HP Pavilion HPE h8 - 1250a.

You must have HP Vision Hardware Diagnostic Tools installed on the computer when you bought it. With it, you can make the Diagnostics bootable cd.  Search for HP Vision diagnostic material in your programs on the start menu. Or you can type it into the search box of the start menu and it will appear if installed.

If it is not installed or you think you may have removed it it can be re installed using the Recovery Manager.

  • BAD IMAGE CHECKSUM IERTUTIL. DLL

Get the error message at WINDOWS startup:

    STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}
    Iertutil.dll image is possibly corrupt.
The header checksum does not match the checksum calculated.

Windows XP Home Edition, processor Celeron 2.5 GHz, RAM, lots of space HD iGB.

This is indeed the message you'll see if iertutil.dll is missing or damaged.  You will see the same message for both scenarios (really missing or simply damaged).

The iertutil.dll file is a little difficult to replace, but you can probably replace it.

I say "probably" because the Microsoft Answers forum does not prompt for information on your system when you ask a question, if we really need to learn a little more about your system to give you the best advice.

Here are some things that don't work:

You do not start in any Safe Mode, last good Configuration known, etc..

The iertutil.dll isn't one of 3498 files that are protected by Windows File Protection, so it is automatically replaced on your running system if it is missing.

Running sfc/scannow will not help you even if you can boot your system.

Because iertutil.dll is not part of 3498 files Windows File Protection cares, running sfc/scannow is also a waste of time.

We know that sfc/scannow handles only the files in the following folder:

    %SystemRoot%\System32\Dllcache

Given that XP does not "use" the dllcache folder when it runs, sfc/scannow to try to solve problems running is a waste of time, unless it's your desire to waste time, practical or update your record % Systemroot%\system32\dllcache.

XP likes to keep a copy of critical system files in the folder % Systemroot%\system32\dllcache, but because iertutil.dll is not a protected file, it will not be a copy of the file in your folder % Systemroot%\system32\dllcache.

The iertutil.dll file is also not on your XP installation CD in any format compressed or compacted for you to copy or develop.

Since most of the people do not have a CD to install XP first, all potential solutions that begin with words like "Insert your XP CD-ROM..."  will be useless to the majority of the population.

Maybe someday the dialog box 'ask a question' forums XP will ask these questions automatically when a new thread is started so I don't have to ask every time.  It might even be possible to solve a problem in a single response when enough information is provided.

Please provide additional information on your system:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

What is your version of Internet Explorer?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination?  (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  • olecnv32.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not have the calculated checksum

When I tried to start the desktop computer with Windows XP operating system, I get the message "olecnv.dll is possibly corrupt. ' the checksum of header not the checksum calculated. the screen will not forward.

Please advise to Prime the system.

    Udaya

If the olecnv32.dll file is corrupted, you will see an error like this:

    STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}
Olecnv32.dll image is possibly corrupt.  The header checksum does not match the checksum calculated.

Curiously, if the file is completely absent or has a length of zero byte XP will start just fine without it.

Given that it is one of 3498 files Windows File Protection deals with, it must be another copy of the file on your system is the dllcache folder.

As Wunders says you can make a Hiren boot CD and Mini XP mode, see if you can find a copy of the file in one of these folders (assuming that XP is installed on your C drive):

    c:windows\system32\dllcache
    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

If you can find a copy, rename your a suspect and replace it with the copy and see what things look like.

If you can't find a copy, there is one on my SkyDrive, you can download and network disks to the system afflicted by using a Flash DRIVE or a floppy disk.  You should always use Hiren for this method.

If that all sounds complicated to and you do not have a genuine XP installation CD bootable from where you can start in the XP Recovery Console, you can create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and see if you can replace the file from there to the replace.  I can send you instructions if you need to know how to do this.

I hear Support Engineer "experts" hired by Microsoft, which suggests that you run sfc/scannow to replace the file missing, but that won't work because this is what sfc/scannow does, this isn't how it works and it's not what it is for.  I know that it does not replace the file because I tried.

If you need to download the file, here's how:

I downloaded a copy of XP Pro SP3 file you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).

You can download it and when you do, place a copy of the file in these folders (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):

    c:\Windows\System32
c:\Windows\System32\dllcache (this is where XP keeps backups of important files).

Here is the link to my SkyDrive and you can get the file you need here:

    https://SkyDrive.live.com/?CID=6a7e789cab1d6f39&ID=6A7E789CAB1D6F39! 311

When you see the files available for download, you can not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, your browser is unable to save the file with an extension (by example, .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.

You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension.  You do not want to use a file called olecnv32 when the name of the file should really be called olecnv32.dll (if the downloaded file has no extension, you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to make it work.

You then put the downloaded files in the correct folders on your system.

  • Designjet Z2100: HP Designjet Z2100 does not print MK

I have a HP Z2100 44 "which is out of warranty for several years.  Recently, we noticed that the color printing large format have been turned off (do not look right).  Finally, we ran a diagnostic image (see below) and found that there is no matte black printing (MK).  All other colours print completely and correctly in the image diagnosis, except MK.  I ran this test with bond paper and glossy photo - the results are the same.  No MK ink is printed during each test.

We replaced the cartridge MK both MK/Cyan printhead, but the problem persists.

Any suggestions for how to start troubleshooting when one color is unable to print?

    Thank you

This question seems to have been caused by other defective printhead.  I had already replaced the printhead, but it replaces a second time seems to have solved the problem.  For the time being.

I try to install the 1.3.2 image of partition of maintenance on a blade of JOINT - 2 6500 so I can switch to 4.1. I tried two different servers (which work for updates of GIS). / Chris Thomas, UCLA ATS

On the FTP Linux server you might try starting tcpdump to monitor the connection between the sensor and the Linux FTP server ftp.

You can see if the FTP server returns all the errors of the sensor as errors to invalid connection, or file not found errors.

    Worst case you can try:

    (1) create a service account

    (2) connection as service account

    (3) manually via ftp the file from the ftp server to the directory hoem of the service account on the sensor.

    (4) the standard cisco account connection

    (5) configure terminal

    (6) accept sensors own ssh key like a ssh server key: "ssh - key host 10.1.1.1".

NOTE: Replace 10.1.1.1 with the ip address of your sensor.

    (7) now access you the file via the server of scp to probe for the upgrade or the copy command: scp:[email protected]/ * //filename

Replace your service of johndoe account user name

Replace the ip address of your sensor to 10.1.1.1

No, you the code you show here is not the right way to do it!
You did a simple copy & past errors telling me that you don't understand what you copy everything.

    valueChangeListener="#{pageFlowScope.InternalUserBean.valueChanged}">

does not point to the valueChangeListener in the bena as this one is called "changeUserListener"!
A simple code debugging session would have shown this.

Apparently, this problem was found internally and there is no patch for it yet. Please contact Oracle support and ask for a patch.

  • How to fill out a sparse table with zero

    Hi all

I have a sparse table, most of the cells is null, but few of the cells is '1 '.

I would like to fill the null with zero.

This table is to rotate a transactional table into a table that describes the attributes and later for data mining

    I think so

    (1) make a user_tab_columns and copy / paste to make a script using NVL

    for example

    Select ' NVL('|| column_name ||) «, 0, » || column_name |'),' of user_tab_columns
    where lower (table_name) = "claims_t1".

    but I have a problem

    for example

    create or replace view claims_t2x
    as
    Select
NVL ("Diagnostic Imaging' _SPEC_SUM, 0," Diagnostic Imaging' _SPEC_SUM) 'Diagnostic Imaging' _SPEC_SUM
    Of
    claims_t1

I get the error ORA-00911: invalid character

as the name of the column got ' ' ' in there.

    or

    Use 2) PL/SQL

I just do a select and loop through all

For 2), I don't know how I can get all the column attribute.
As the attribute in the table operation is not fix so the number of column after swivelling isn't fix

    any idea?

You can use nvl pivot by naming the values in quotes like that.

CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW emp_v1 AS
    WITH pivot_data
         AS (SELECT deptno,
                    JOB,
                    sal
               FROM emp)
    SELECT JOB,
           NVL ("10", 0) AS "10",
           NVL ("20", 0) AS "20",
           NVL ("30", 0) AS "30",
           NVL ("40", 0) AS "40"
      FROM pivot_data PIVOT (SUM (sal) --<-- pivot_clause
                                      FOR deptno --<-- pivot_for_clause
                                                IN (10, 20, 30, 40) --<-- pivot_in_clause
                                                                   );

  • message from Windows XP stopc000221 checksum bad image

Windows xp stop c000221 bad image checksum this message occurred when my computer was installing updates can it be repaired without losing information on my hard drive?

    Hi andir12,

    1. What is the full error message you get?

Check if you are able to boot in safe mode .

If you are able to start in safe mode, please run System Restore in safe mode and install the updates manually to determine which updated a problem from happening. If the message of judgment occurs, repeat the process and refrain from settling the problem causing the update to.
