  I took care on a PowerEdge R710 server. I try to do an update of the firmware, but I can't download the required iso file. I tried literally to 24 hours, and the download fails repeatedly because of the "network error." I tried four different networks to download the file, including the bandwidth of 25-600 MB/s and I have a storage space on which to store the file. Y at - it somewhere else where I can download this file?

  Thanks for the reply. I tried the FTP site on three networks different and three different machines. The file kept the cancellation (although it seemed to get much further and much better transfer rates) before he finished. I'm puzzled.

  As for the previous update, I was told that I need to update the latest drivers before you contact support to determine why a connectivity problem keeps resurfacing. I could try the update of April, but I'm afraid that I would not say I have to raise the SUU with the new file.

  It seems that the only firmware that have changed since April are the iDRAC, NIC and a few HARD drives. You can always upgrade those manually. What operating system do you use? What is the issue that you are experiencing that told them you update firmware for?

• Where to find the correct SHA1 checksum for the upgrade Pro Windows 8 ISO?

  I ordered the Windows 8 Pro upgrade online.  (not a preview but the new product on 26/10/12).  I downloaded and burned the ISO of the English version of the Windows 8 ISO file.  I'm assuming that 64-bit. This took place without incident.  I started the upgrade on a PC running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, but it failed during the installation phase of Windows 8 to 72% with the error "installing Windows 8 failed".

  So I restarted the upgrade and it has not exactly in the same place (72%) and the same cryptic error.
  So I contacted the Microsoft Store and they helped me to go through the process of downloading a 2nd time.  The 2nd ISO file was exactly the same size, BUT it had a different SHA1 checksum!
  Then I tried the upgrade using the new DVD burned in the 2nd ISO file and it failed at exactly at the same stage of the upgrade (72%).
  So I got two corrupt downloads / Burns?   I have no way to tell because all I know is that they have different amounts of control.
  Maybe they all are both wrong, or maybe the question is something else entirely.
  But first things first.   How can I determine if my ISO file is correct?
  What is the checksum SHA1 of a non-corrupt ISO file?    Where to find the information online?

  I have the same problem with my 64-bit windows English version.

  I created a bootable DVD from iso and started to install a clean install by formatting the hard drive.
  Installation will be stuck at 17% and it happened to me like 3 times and I burned a fresh DVD and always the same question.
  It's like the worst level ever... Is there a way I can download an iso of 64-bit bootable DVD and use it to upgrade?

  I am able to use this model for Centos on my computer actually install and build a paralytic with centos on that - unfortunately I do a

  OK, I have a build that WORKED, now I see what you mean about watching build/deploy the VM guest.

  Here is the solution to my problem: our vcenter uses names with spaces, we also use the domain names for our connections. In addition, each admin password was 'special characters', that I've debugged meticulously by ALL of them and much more. Basically, it did not matter that I have "URL" code things, used new tools or edited different scripts to encode things one way or another.

  What finally gave us successes was to go to a 'clean' Vcenter implementation that

  (a) use/did not require a domain name (not / credentials)

  (b) all had the "BACK original' legal names, IE no spaces, no special characters, etc..

  (c) the passwords contained NO "special characters".

  (because I changed this way, 'URL' encoding didn't work, tried it)

  Moral of the story: building a new, simply configured Vcenter or get one and use it.

  (Note: I even downloaded a new ovftool and tried every way that I could but it did not success)

  Es una muy buena decision pasar ahora an ESXi, that además of ser el unico VMware Hypervisor has leave of the next version, offers important mejoras a level of security.

  Respecto has the Migración, you don't migrar puedes ESX an ESXi, para eso tienes as hacer una instalacion limpia, por lo demas which are bastante rapida y con annoyingly ESXi 4.1.

  Migrar los Luego hosts an ESXi 4.1, remember las migrar VMware Tools y el material virtual (from version 4 to 7), in ese orden.  No antes migrar las tools y el material virtual no olvides VMs o hacer tus respaldar a Snapshot of each of ellas, tener as volver ago caso.

  Finalmente, remember that TR usas Virtual Center 2.5 para administrar tus host ESX, este debes migrarlo a vCenter Server 4.1 ANTES of tus migrar hosts a ultima version.

  Can someone explain why the new QLogic NIC firmware (formerly Broadcom) and the pilot are not shown on the pages of download for 11 G- servers?

  We have a bunch of R710 servers (Windows Server 2012 R2) with NIC BCM5709C NetXtreme II which, according to the release notes are compatible with these new updates.

  If you go to the download page for R710, these files are not, (only older files of Broadcom).

  Instead, I run the last SUU (15.04.200.109) on a R710, the pilot and the new fw QLogic are listed as extensible.

  A strange thing here is that the version of fw-package in the SUU is 7.12.15.
  (I can't remember having seen the version of the Driver and download pages).

  "QLogic BCM57xx and BCM57xxx Network Device Firmware 7.12" version which is downloadable for example R720 is 7.12.17.

  Verifying compliance on R710 to OME with the latest version of the catalog, no new QLogic driver or firmware appears.

  I have applied these new QLogic on a R710 updates in our lab and installed both without problem and seem to work well.

  I am bit confused now and would like to know if Dell supports the driver and QLogic fw on R710 with NIC BCM5709C NetXtreme II

  Hello, I am trying to install Debian Wheezy 7.1 on my Poweredge 1950 III server. I managed to ride (only once), "netinst" 200 MB + .iso image and the installation via my Drac5 [fw v1.60].

  Solved the problem!

  Looks like the cars went into strange, who can't tie up my CD, but he acted as she did. System began to start as two times slower.   The download page should have a section installation instructions explaining how to combine files. You will use the Windows copy command to concatenate the files into one big file.

  It does not fit on a normal DVD. The page should include information explaining that you must use a DVD double layer.

• White screen after Upgrade of Bios to 3.15 on X 200

  Nice day.

  Yesterday, I used the iso Bios updated the bios on my x 200.

  By following the instructions given on page [1]. After the reboot

  the system, as requested by the Bios-Update, the screen remains

  empty. There is no beep or any sign of life on the screen.

  Is there a way to fix this? Do I have to replace the motherboard, or

  I would probley removing the HARD drive and try a reboot with chip ram only see if you get any Bios screen on reboot.

  The fact that this started only after you tried Flash bios probley means that your bios is damaged not a very easy thing to fix, so lead orgs surgestion to a bios recovery program.

  When you request support, please provide the number of name and/or product of comprehensive model of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq made thousands of computer models which are all different. Without this information, it can be difficult, even impossible to help you solve your problem.

  I can assume that you are referring to the computer Netbook HP Mini 200-4200ea-p/n B8H26EA , but this is only a guess, that there are about 73 models Mini 200-4200 available.

  It may be possible to download a Windows 7 ISO from Digital River, a Microsoft hosting partner and put a boot image on a USB key. Please see this HP forum thread titled "How to install Windows 7 without the disc" for instructions on the download and create a bootable Windows 7 support. The only problem I see is there doesn't seem to be a 'Windows Starter' image available. A side note... you can install any version you want, on a trial basis... you would have a full 30 days to use Windows until you enter a valid key. This will put you on for the moment.

  I doubt there is a firmware, Canon has not intentionally put in the incremental ISOs.  You can try the magic lantern if you really want the ISO intermediary.  I don't know if there is a stable for the T5i or wrong ML.

  However, you can do the research on ISO incremental, it's not all it's cracked up to to be.  Markers + 1/3 stop is actually just the full ISO (for example 100) put together a third stop (e.g. 125) via an amplifier and is in fact more noisy than the next point (e.g. 200).  Things get complicated from there... technically 160 is cleaner than 100, but you lose some DR on top.  It is similar to expose to the right. I played around with it for awhile on my D 6, and then decided to just full tiered and worry about the hassle now.

  I guess that I'm missing a step somewhere.

  If you have the rank of high priority your turn, you may not use ISO100. If you RAW, then your highest priority is pretty useless, might as well put out.
