  We have a TMS 14.3.1 versioned and also many MXP and C series Endpoints.We was created on TMS configuration model to make the control of end of Far off on each endpoint. When we put it on the systems of the series C and series MXP, concluded that the model is working very well with endpoint endpoint C series but not even working on MXP endpoints.   TMS uses only SNMP interruptions for older systems (MXP, TANDBERG classic). Traps SNMP of newer systems (series C, CTS, MX, E20, SX20 etc.) and products (CUCM, VCS, MCU, gateways) network infrastructures are ignored by TMS. (it's not mentioned as well in the documentation, but I'll look in there clarifying). So no, you can't configure the transfer of trap in TMS.

  But why do you need TMS to send traps to an external system; could not do of your endpoints send traps directly to the external network management tool?

  I recently upgraded to TMS 13.2 and installed Exchange TMS 3.0.1. Installation and Configuration worked well, but no event is synchronized to MSDS. If I look at the log file, I see the following line:

  Cisco TMS Server is not responding. Halting.

  It seems that TMS Exchange is not able to communicate with the TMS. Setup worked well, and the TMS user is Super Administrator, so I don't think it's a problem of permission.

  2. now duplicate the layer. PF_Cmd_SEQUENCE_FLATTEN command. I increment the sequence data. It is called twice for 2 custom effects. Data are 3 and 4 respectively for 2 new duplicate effects.

  But the problem is that now the effects in the first layer and the second layer, both have same sequence data. that is the 3 and 4 respectively and not 1, 2, 3 and 4.

  This can happen if the FLATTEN command is sent to the former effect prior to duplication. It's my guess that both the layer effects have updated IDs.

  Any ideas?

  Hello! Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, Symantec Endpoint does not allow the user to set individual permissions for applications (even at the level of the administrator). However I solved the problem! I realized that the version of Symantec Endpoint installed on my PC has been 12.4111.4516, and that there is a version more recent (12.5) available. My server of the company does not notify me of new versions of software available - but after I installed 12.5, everything works again. For the other user who also has this problem, even if you do not have access to 12.5, you can see if you can reinstall Symantec Endpoint to see if it works for you.
