Cleaning creative cloud tool works do not?
Hi, I managed to spoil CC somehow, because I got a download error, everytime I clicked on apps, and restart I just got the blue spindle on the applications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CC. No luck. I uninstalled again and ran CC cleaner, I got this:
What should I do? I only want to use Adobe flash trial CC, but clearly, something was terribly wrong.
Have you disabled the antivirus and firewall and tried?
If you use security such as Mcafee, Norton, or average suites... etc, be sure to turn off their firewall smart and check.

Well, I found a solution. As far as I know, the cc itself application needs to update, but since it is empty, you don't see that she put needs to update. So I did this:
1. close all adobe programs
2. open taskmanager
3. Select processes tab and end all adobe processes (including the creative cloud)
4 (windows key + R) to open the immediate window.
5. type %LocalAppData% and press OK
6. go to ADOBE > OOBE
7. Select and delete the file "opm" (in fact, I believe, he says opm.db)
8 open again cloud creative app
9. you should now be able to log in and update.

I downloaded creative cloud - it worked for awhile, a few applications downloaded, but now it doesn't open at all. When I double-click the icon of cloud creation, nothing happens. (As mentioned earlier it worked, and I downloaded the four apps.) Any suggestions?

Creative Cloud Desktop App does not start after installing Mac OS Yosemite

I just updated my Mac OS to Yosemite. Now, Creative Cloud Desktop App does not launch and InDesign CC 2014 (10.1.0.71) crashes trying to find the Roman.txt file, I have replaced it with a copy of the TimeMachine when he worked in the Mavericks.
I trashed the caches and reinstalled the same preferences, but it keeps on does not start.
The rest of the applications (with the exception of InDesign and Creative Cloud Desktop app) do not work properly.

CS3 (or any other version of the suite) should not cause a problem with cc.
Uninstall anything cc which might be installed, own cc by use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems, restart your computer and reinstall the cc from here desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

I'm trying to download a trial version of first, but get an error downloading A12E5. I see Adobe support page recommends uninstalling creative cloud, but it is not even in my installers folder. Please follow the steps mentioned below to delete previous files of the creative cloud and then try to reinstall it.
Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
Mac OS:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- Download creative-cloud

Windows:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Go to \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\
And C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

- Find and delete the files AAMUpdate and OOBE
- 5 re - download creative-cloud
