  We have a scenario where I check update operations on a table.

  As I told you before that your UPDATE statement occurs BEFORE the trigger is activated.

  Despite what the other speakers have said, it makes NO DIFFERENCE if you use a BEFORE UPDATE or an AFTER UPDATE trigger. Your UPDATE statement runs ALWAYS BEFORE the trigger.

  HE has TO - it's your update processing statement that causes the trigger to fire.

  Your update statement includes SYSTIMESTAMP. If during the processing of your return to update the value of SYSTIMESTAMP "at this exact time" is captured.

  Then your trigger is activated and starts to run. ANY reference to SYSTIMESTAMP that you use in your trigger cannot be earlier than the value of until the trigger was executed. It's IMPOSSIBLE.

  The trigger can use the SAME value by referencing: NEW and the column name you store the value. Or the trigger can get its own value that your code is doing.

  But the SYSTIMESTAMP value in the trigger will NEVER earlier than the value in your query.

  And none of these values can actually be used to tell when the changes are really ENGAGED since the trigger does not work and CAN NOT, to know when, or if, a validation occurs.

  I searched and found similar questions on the forum and I tried all the solutions proposed, that I could find, but I'm still not resolve this issue. Hoping that maybe someone found a fix!

  The problem is that the option - click to set a point source for the Clone Stamp tool does not work, but the behavior seems to be particularly odd.

  With the Clone Stamp selected, tool if I press the option key pressed, I get the crosshairs target little, which makes me think that Photoshop is the option key is read and is not a recovery program of her clutter. When I then try to use the clone stamp, however, I get the dreaded error message:

  "Could not use the clone stamp because the area to clone has not been defined (option - click to set a point source)."

  I went through all the relevant troubleshooting steps, I could find elsewhere on the forum. I have updated to the latest version of Photoshop and my BONES. I tried to reset the tool. When this does not work, I reset the Photoshop preferences. I have disabled all the other programs that seemed that they might have some sort of overlay keyboard shortcut, but as mentioned, Photoshop DO change the cursor when I press the option key, which makes me think (although I am far from being an expect) is not the issue. I have no plugins or mods or anything of this nature that is installed. It is a completely vanilla installation.

  I am under Photoshop CC 2015.1.2 20160113.r.355 x 64.  My OS is El Capitan 10.11.2.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. As far as I know, there is no work around. This tool is dead in the water for me until I can sort this out.

  I have to admit, I'm puzzled. Everything seems as it should. The tool has been reset, preferences reset and the layer looks very good. I wonder if it is a question with El Capitan. I use Windows, but know that Photoshop has had problems when El Capitan came out. If you have not used the clone 6 months stamp then it would have been pre - El Capitan. Have you tried completely uninstalling Photoshop, restart the computer and reinstall?

  The problem is with my tablet, the Surface Pro 2. It is connected to the printer via the network and has installed on it to update printer drivers. Its operating system is 64-bit Windows of 8.1. It can connect to the printer and print documents very well, however, he fails to recognize is as a scanner. No program, even not the HP all-in-One or HP scanning and Capture apps, don't recognize the functions scanner. All of them see a printer, but nothing more. It is not also recognize it as a fax device, but I do not use Fax if it is less of a problem. I mention only that she could be part of the question, but I'm only interested in scanning.

  Tried a BIOS update and the HP MediaSmart Webcam update successfully.

  My Ubuntu 10.04 Linux (Dual-Boot) does not recognize an imaging device aswell.

  If I need to send the computer in a lab I lose a week which is a major problem for me.

  Paste them Clipboard Image as stamp tool does not work - it is grayed out after you copy an image. I'm currently under Acrobat Pro 10.1.4 on OSX 10.8, but the problem exists also in earlier versions of Acrobat Pro and OSX.

  I have repeatedly reported the bug to Adobe, but it is never fixed. There are a few reports of the problem in the forums, but no solutions. I write again in the hope that Adobe sees to and answers, or that someone has found a solution, get around it or the alternative method of pasting images.

• Photoshop does not like photoshop extended

  I am using windows 7 64 bit with 8 MB of memory

  I bought a subscriptoin to photoshop, but shortly thereafter realized I would have been better with creative cloud. I cancelled my subscription to photoshop, a subscription (student and teacher) cc, but now photoshop does not load as the long version.

  I spent two hours last week with specialists of cat in line, but we were able to solve the problem.

  Finally, I deleted all the products from cloud, used the tool cleaning, restarted and when I loaded photoshop, once again, the same thing happened. Photoshop tells me that I have a few days before my subscription expires, so I guess that photoshop that keeps its loading is the initial subscription.

  I tried to disable photoshop but I get error 194:3.

  I am completely and totally stuck and do not want to spend another 2 hours on the chatline to the customer service!

  Are actually using scripts or actions?  I tried the clone with actions stamp, and I got the same result.  You can use the spot Healing Brush to remove the rock.  who works with action, as long as you have "The recording tool" lit - not sure what the menu in French item name.  The other option to record an action that does this: make a selection of an area you want placed on the rock, duplicate this selection to a new layer (cmd/ctrl-J), hover over the image of the rock cutting, and then merge to the bottom of the layer.

  If nothing else works you can try this however I would use as a last resort.

  IE - Tools - Options - Advanced Options - Internet Security Section - clear the check box enable memory
  Protection to mitigate the attacks online - APPLY - OK close and restart IE
