Cloud Creative connection problems

I signed up for creative cloud, but everytime I try to log in Lightroom, it offers me a free 30 day trial - what is happening? I tried all the troubleshooting things I can think or read on the site - no luck.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

  • [Attention!] Creating cloud causing connection problems serious.

    It is a very serious problem, and I hope that if anyone else is experiencing this, they find this thread.

    So the problem?

    Suddenly, my internet connection started having serious problems, and I thought that my network card sang her last song.
    Stopped loading websites, applications stopped connecting to the cloud etc, although some applications using direct IP to connect worked, so my first thought was a DNS issue.

    I begin troubleshooting my PC for hours without success, which included tracking IP addresses and DNS servers, change of drivers for my network card, try to other routers and whatnot. The list goes on and.

    I even re-installed the whole PC after hours of no results.

    So with a clean PC, things started working again. I then started to reinstall all my software from scratch, and all of a sudden, the problem returns. Again, I begin troubleshooting. After starting the PC in safe mode with network capabilities, I realized that it wasn't my network card.
    After hours of restarting and deactivation/activation process in the background, the cultprit was obvious.

    Creative cloud caused network issues for each unique application, I used. But it only happened when the CC began the initial load of windows. I can start it then no problem.

    So basically:

    New installation of PC

    Install CC
    Is connection problems.

    Solution: Disable the autostart for "Adobe Creative Cloud"

    Autostart can be disabled in the application itself, or through research 'msconfig' on windows, auto-start tab.

    Someone has to take a look at this. I was very close to the purchase of new equipment for my computer, or replace all MOBO, CPU, RAM etc. It took my almost two days to understand this. It wasn't an obvious problem.

    I found something to add for PC users using Windows 10 (not sure how to apply it to Mac):

    • Run msconfig - takes you to the configuration of the system (as previously indicated by Florrpan)
    • Check "Selective startup" is selected on the general tab.
    • Check load system services and load startup items.
    • Go to the Services tab.
    • Disable all Adobe services and click on apply.
    • Go to start and open the Task Manager.
    • Ensure Adobe Creative Cloud is disabled - this can be done by using the right mouse button or the button disable at the bottom of the window.
    • Make sure that Adobe Updater utility to start is disabled.
    • Make sure Acrotray is off.
    • Restart your PC.

    Hi all

    I have the following problem:

    When I start creative cloud on my laptop and fill in my username and password it starts to connect, but the next screen will say "you have been disconnected" (or something like that, because I have the Dutch version and translate it for you guys haha)

    Tried to reinstall the creative cloud already, since it does not work, I removed all Adobe applications and installed creative cloud again, but the problem is still there.

    The username and password are correct since I can use them to connect to the Adobe site and also to Creative cloud on my PC... these two systems work on Windows 10.

    What can I do?

    1. notifier AAM updates, Adobe ARM, creative cloud, coresync, CEF helpdesk, CEPservicemanager, helps creative cloud, AdobeCrash Deamon

    2 finish above process in the Task Manager.

    3. now open run window by clicking on the Windows key + R

    4. type %LocalAppData% and click on enter.

    5. navigate to the folder Adobe and OOBE.

    6. Please delete file Opm in OOBE folder.

    7. run CC desktop app and see if you can connect.

    If you can't see the Apps, follow these steps:

    1. click on the gear in the top right of the Internet Explorer icon. (even if not using Internet Explorer as your browser)

    2. Select Internet Options.

    3. in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings.

    4. Once you click "LAN" settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

    5. in the LAN settings box, check the "automatically detect settings".

    "6 then"uncheck"all the other boxes as" configuration Script auto use ","Use a proxy server,"proxy server"

    7. Save and then try to connect to the desktop CC application.

    Hi - I have a CC account and try to install some mobile apps on an iphone 5 (difficulty, draw etc.). I can install apps very well, but when you try to connect all I get is the loading icon. I can't yet, I googled this problem, but could not find a solution.

    Looking through the posts on the Board of Directors, this seems to be a recurring problem...

    I configured my printer with a new e-mail id in ePrintcenter, and security is currently set to "anyone can print".  However when I try to register the printer with Google, I get the above error message.  I have tried several times over the past two days and removed and re-enabled Web Services on the printer and reregistered on ePrintcenter twice.

    Any help is welcome.

    I saw this happen in the past, and it's not just you so it won't be connected to your account or eprint address specifically. How many days it has been produced for you? The last time this happened it has been resolved after about 3 days.

  • Cloud creative download problem

    IM able to download installer of creative on my mac cloud, after that I have double click on the installer and enter my password for creative cloud changes, nothing happens. It goes the same for CC in Photoshop and Lightroom CC. I tried the adobe cleaner and it did not help. I bought the composition for editing photos for a client. If Im not able to download creative cloud, any suggestions?

    This can be interpreted in two ways.  I could be interpreted as saying that you enter your creative cloud password to allow the changes to your machine.  In this case, it is more likely that you will need to enter your password in Mac security instead.

  • Creative installation problem Cloud - 1 error code

    I tried to download the installer of creative cloud to use a free trial several times without success. I get an error Code: 1.

    None of the solutions on this support page [ error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application ] works for me.

    Solution 1 does not apply because this is my initial installation of the creative cloud (I had the creative cloud before but it is completely uninstalled from my computer).

    Solution 2: I tried to run the cleanup tool Adobe CC, and while he had run the program once I reach step 10, there is no instructions to know how to find this file in Windows 10 to ensure that the program was successful.

    Finally, I tried the solution 3 (creating a new user on my PC), and it has also failed.

    Hey,.

    I tried to download the trial version of the cloud creative to try it before you buy the plan of the student. However, when I select the Panel app the message "Impossible to get on the adobe servers, please check connectivity internet, Firewall setting and try again" and then a small box orange appear low says 'impossible to join the adobe servers '.

    I tried everything the internet told me to do and still no joy. Can someone help me please? I'm getting super frustrated with it!
    I don't know if it means anything, but I tried the advance troubleshooting setting where it gives you links to see if you can log in to the adobe activation servers. With the connection to the license, I get a web page that says that 'lm.licenses.adobe.com refuses to connect '

    After any new Creative Cloud App installation and successful connection to my adobe account in a single application, I see on the folder Apps apps to install.

    Instead, I see the only mistake of downloading and please contact us by. Below there is only a blue button with Creative cloud download.

    I tried several times to uninstall creative cloud and install app again (even with CC cleaning app), using CleanMyMac app to clean up garbage in the system, cleaning of host etc. file and the problem still exists.

    Is there a solution for this problem? I would be very happy if someone can help me

  • Creative connection of Cloud will not sign

    Yesterday, all my applications of Adobe Creative clouds were at large.  Today Creative Connection cloud will not sign, and none of them will even start.

    I connect without a problem on the website Adobe Creative Cloud.

    Whenever I try to start app 6 CS, Adobe Application Manager starts instead and simply jumped on the dock for about 5 minutes then stops. I left alone for an hour, but it does nothing and I force it to quit.

    I downloaded AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool, targeting SC6 ran and creative cloud sets.  That didn't solve my problem.

    What is going on?

    I run OS X lion and my network connection works perfectly.

    Have you actually tried to reboot the machine? If not, allows to try and check.

    Launch the uninstaller of CS6 utilities-> Adobe Installers folder, and then run the cleaning of adobe tool.

    Download MAO of the link below and try to install the applications and check if they work fine.
