Creative cloud of connection problem to the

I have an error message when I try to me connector to the creator of clouds that tells me "you have been disconnect..." What to do in this case?

1. notifier AAM updates, Adobe ARM, creative cloud, coresync, CEF helpdesk, CEPservicemanager, helps creative cloud, AdobeCrash Deamon

2 finish above process in the Task Manager.

3. now open run window by clicking on the Windows key + R

4. type %LocalAppData% and click on enter.

5. navigate to the folder Adobe and OOBE.

6. Please delete file Opm in OOBE folder.

7. run CC desktop app and see if you can connect.

If you can't see the Apps, follow these steps:

1. click on the gear in the top right of the Internet Explorer icon. (even if not using Internet Explorer as your browser)

2. Select Internet Options.

3. in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings.

4. Once you click "LAN" settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

5. in the LAN settings box, check the "automatically detect settings".

"6 then"uncheck"all the other boxes as" configuration Script auto use ","Use a proxy server,"proxy server"

7. Save and then try to connect to the desktop CC application.
