  I would speculate that there is a bad internal connection.  Can you reproduce this every time?  If so, you may be able to locate it.

  Have you tried with a RESET of the TV already? (if you do not want to lose your strings, you must use the tool "ToshibaEdit" to avoid unnecessary work for sorting later, before you do this).

  Problems with the battery and PC stop. Is this fair?

  I would definitely help.

  Try to uninstall the controllers of battery from Device Manager and check if that supports the load indication problem.

  • Windows with your left hand and hold and then press the key for the letter X with your right hand.
  • Then select Design Manager in the list.
  • Right-click on compatible ACPI Microsoft control method battery and choose uninstall.
  • Close Device Manager, restart the PC.

• USB-6009 DAQmx meter task stops and does not restart when you restart the VI

  Explorer restarts when I look at a * video in my laptop.

  (* video video = downloaded, not online)
  When I open a folder with images, the images of pop completely and closes in a fraction of a second (really really fast allows to open/close).
  used sfc/scannow and found 1 corrupted file (cbs.log)
  used the check disk and memory and no diagnostic tool found nothing.
  search for viruses and found nothing but always return to the scans.
  no idea why this is happening?

  the problem has been the Illustrator for adobe... It is a plugin that does something for the video thumbnail or image on the PC. just had to remove with ShellExView... and the problem disappeared.
