• Reverse arrows message next/previous iPhone mail?

  When reading an e-mail inside the Mail in 10 iOS app, email previous/next on the upper right arrows are configured differently from most applications of e-mail (Gmail and Outlook, in particular) and it is the engine of my brain coconut.  Left arrow goes to the previous received email - that would make sense, except that it is in contradiction with the sorting of the list of email, which shows the most recent email on top.

  Is there a way to reverse the function of these arrows based on my preference of sorting?  As my most recent emails are at the top of my list, I would like the left arrow to move to the TOP of the list and the right arrow to move to the BOTTOM of the list.

  Hi Agrahman, unfortunately, it seems that you are asking to move built-in IOS features. While you can rearrange how your emails, it is not possible to move the top arrows because they are supposed to be integrated the app and the app itself is built in the iOS 10

  But you can always set your iCloud account using a different email provider, or by downloading a more convenient mail on the App Store app

• Mid 2012 MacBook pro test equipment

  I got the error 4BAT/1/40000000: 0x8984fb90 while doing the test hardware. Can anyone advise if this is a question of logic board or battery? I checked in the coconut battery test and battery seems fine. I had this problem all of a sudden as I was getting backup from 2-3 hours, but all of a sudden, it worked only when power adapter connected. I checked using different power adapt too and also tried to remove the battery (it was working fine when connected). Any clue? If it's a question of logic board then I better start my computer or notebook.

• Low autonomy of 12-inch MacBook?

  I just bought a new 12 inch Macbook last month and one of the things I remember was a good feature was it's the great autonomy.  I have owned Apple laptops for years, a 12-inch Powerbook, 2 of Macbook Air, and Macbook Pro 5...  So I know a thing or two about them.  My new Macbook's battery life is horrible.  I understand it is not meant to be a powerhouse, but I can't seem to get two hours out of it.  Since I started writing this question, it is increased from 88% to 86%.  I took it off the charger an hour ago and have been on it for about 20 minutes to do nothing other than browsing the web.  Is that what everybody knows? I have about 5 days more on my back window and I don't know if I want to return or Exchange it.  If it's just a defective device, I'll change it.  If that's what everyone is done, I'm going back.  A few comments would be greatly appreciated.  Oh, and now I fell to 84%.

  If you have a problem, take it back to an Apple store, make first a Genius Bar appointment online. They will be able to run diagnostics on it.

  -Autonomy had become terrible, about 30 mins web browsing, the warning came on she was less than 80%, or whatever the threshold is battery.  To obtain the life expectancy of 6 to 8 hours.  I have owned since new, no spills or drops.  Its duty cycle is 8 hours on a charger, then 3-4 hours on battery every day of the week and another 2-3 hours on battery power the weekend followed by a full charge.

  -New battery lasts about 45 min to 0% before web browsing and stops without warning or sleep.

  -Reset each possible controller, SMC, PRAM, etc.  No change.

  -Ran, he died 3 or 4 times and then fully charged hoping that it would be to calibrate itself, no chance.

  -Inspect the process etc. but the CPU usage is very low, only thing of note is because I'm on 10.6.8 the standard memory leak safari is still there, so must be restarted regularly, javascript is disabled.  Firefox takes about the same amount of time browsing and has a blocker javscript.  I have not installed flash.

  -Battery coco brings about 10 watts of power use while the battery is drained.  A quick calculation shows 5000 + mah used in 35 minutes isn't 10 watts so obviously, coconut is not reporting correctly.

  -Refill after low drain lasts about the same as usual, about 2 hours if I use the machine, an hour or so if his asleep.  Lived a few Chargers because of pines stick and blend.

  -The only other issue I noticed is from time to time with an external monitor connected so that the navigation in safari with Javascript, if you press some ads, the two screens in the black for a second and the computer screen will resume blurred with colors and lines, while the external display is fine. An error is recorded on the console (don't remember what it is) and then the screen is scrambled feeding, recorded increases of the coconut and the machine gets hot.  Nothing is noted in the activity monitor.  Safari shut down, sleep and wake the machine clears the display problem.  By disabling javascript, this problem is not triggered.

  -My next step is to replace the charge Jack / ongoing in the Council, but I cannot find examples of this help other people.  Its pretty cheap but.

• MacBook detects not battery

  It's my information on my computer. Bought this mid 2012 some guys used MacBook Pro and it worked perfectly fine, and he said the battery was only 2 months old (he sent me the Bill for the apple store). I decided to upgrade the hard drive 5400 RPM for one SSD, so I opened it up to unplugged the battery and changed the hard drives. Responsible for El Capitan on a startup disk and installed it on my new SSD. Now, the computer does not recognize my battery. I tried to reset the SMC, by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery and let it charge for 30 minutes while it is turned off. I think I missed something when I unplugged and plugging stuff and I also sprayed the motherboard and the fan with compressed air to clean the dust. What should I do?

• upgrade cpu XW8600 question

  I have a xw8600 works two Xeon E5420 processors, an EVGA GTX580, 1 SSD, 2 HARD disk, 16 GB of RAM 3 GB and 2 scanners on the power graphics card standard 800 watts.   Currently, all readings of temperature I can access are in the normal range.

  I'm considering upgrading processors X 5460 Xeons.  Is it possible to determine if the 80 extra watts needed running the Xeons X 5460 will be an overload of the power of 800 watts power?

  First of all, load the latest version of the BIOS for the xw8600 if you have not already done this.

  You run two TDP max 80 Watt processors, and X 5460 are each 120 watts.  The amount of material you have xw8600 is not excessive, and your food will manage this total 80 watts extra without problem.

  You'll want to read on the 'performance' radiator/fans for these processors power more high... aka "double-height' we talked about here.  Search for both terms.  Double coconut trees have two fans, a little different wiring and better cooling capacity.  They make more noise, of course.  Speaking of which, on my xw8400 my fan base speed up when I am with 16 GB of RAM, but not with 12 GB.  Here is a link to my previous post on the "large double" thermal performance heat sink / fan xw8600 and use of it in a xw8400.  There is information here that is worth reading:

  Lets say you really just want the zip but aren't going to be hammering those hard processors.  You probably could if away with sticking with your original radiator/fan and first watch your time QuadCore with HWMonitor (free) for you ensure that your workload does not heat stress while get you an idea of how things are going.  It is clear from previous work on the wiring for a project xw8400 that adding a shunt sense rpm 3-Socket 5 plug wire would be how to usurp map mother xw8600 thinking that it was a 'performance' heatsink thermal / fan installed.  It would be to see RPM sense data for both fans of radiator/2 double height of Socket 3 and 5 this way, which is what a xw8600 wired in peripheral stock provides.  The motherboard can recognize that a higher power processor has been installed.  Alternatively, just buy two of the double coconut off eBay.

  X 5460 on eBay are about 140.00 for two, used and you want the latest sSpec code which is SLBBA.  Furthermore, you cannot use the processors that do not appear in the BIOS firmware, and you see the list of the latest version of xw8600 QuickSpecs.

  Given that Intel sells about 1250.00 new X 5460 with this code sSpec each sounding like an eBay project.  Search eBay under "SLBBA".

  I have a xw8400 I upgraded to 2 x X 5365 Quad-cores, also 120 watts max TDP, and fans of heatsink of heat/2 high double devices did not exist for the xw8400... so I got a xw8600 double height and a large single and did the mod wiring posted on the forum here to reproduce the wiring diagram of the xw8400 (different from the the xw8600 wiring diagram).  The processor under the single large turn a bit warmer than under the double height, but not by much.  I did run them simultaneously for months, no problem.  There are pictures and much more in this post.  So personally I would like to experiment with the great one more rider RPM wire 3 to 5 first approach and use type xw6600/xw8600 heatsink / fan already appropriated you.

• MacBook Pro 2015 13 inch retina battery

  Hey!

  I have my MacBook Pro 13 inches since November 2015 retina and I have some problems with the battery life that it only lasts for 4 to 6 hours with the navigation through Safari. I already brings to the APR and they tested and the tests, everything works well.  They told me that they have the experience that the battery still lasts for 4 to 6 hours, but because the test method say nothing wrong while they couldn't do anything with it. I have 42 cycles in the battery and the preference of the system says there 6534mAh.

  Any ideas?
