Color sequence

Hello everyone!
A few days ago I postted here a topic to help me definine 4 colors and make them display randomly. The user derobinson send me this solution that works very well 'create an array that contains your predefined colors, then use the mathematical random function for a random index to use for your table which will give you your color defined at random. Something like this:

var myArray:Array is ["0xFF0000", "0x00FF00", "0x0000FF"];.
var randColor:String = myArray [random (3)];
trace (randColor);

So you should use the variable randColor everywhere where you set the color of your movie.

OK, but randomly setting doesn't seem to be the best solution for my work, so I want to generate the colors on a sequence. But how do I do this? Any help? Thank you!

Do you mean, for example, with our values for myArray above, how would you
that he could use the first BLUE, then GREEN then RED (or the order you put them
en) as opposed to the randomness?

If so, then instead of using random, you just need to follow your index. For
for example...

var myArray:Array = [0xFF0000, 0x00FF00, 0x0000FF];
var myArrayIndex:Number = 0;

What logic allows you to define when a color change should would then
include the following.

myArrayIndex += 1;
% myArrayIndex = myArray.length; This will keep myArrayIndex between 0
and your length of array - 1 (final clue)

    Hello

    recently my LP2475 shows no more the OSD. When I tried to change the input source (DVI-> HDMI), I accidentally pushed an unknown button combo, which causes the display to start showing the sequence of R-G-B-black-white color.

    I tried the solution described here (/t5/Monitors/LP2475w-cycles-colors-while-sleeping/td-p/5441593 (traction power cord & push power button for 60 seconds)), but without success.

  • assist in the creation of batch action, save as tiff

    I'm not * themselves * and tried for a few hours. Please, what Miss me?

    Steps I've done;

    Created a game named sq color balance laughs

    Created an action called color balance

    Created an action called save and close save in TIFF format, close

    I wouldn't be able to run this adjustment of the color sequence, backup in the destination to TIFF file?

    Each action works separately but not together.

    pic1.png

    pic2.png

    You must add (just drag as you would a layer) save them step save and close action on the action of color balance, making this action, action in two stages (color balance, then save). Your batch setup will be run.

    If you check "replace action save as" (as you did), you should see the warning below. Since there is no save the steps in your action of color balance (right now, they reside in save it and close the action), none of the files are saved. If you do not see this warning, you should consider resetting all warning dialogs in the general areas of downtown.

    All this would be less confusing if you have shares were not named the steps they call...

  • CP1525n: background color of text using PCL escape sequences

    Hi all

    I use the escape sequences PCL for printing the color of my text files.  I am able to print the plan text with color first.

    But now I want a background color for the different texts.

    Right now my code looks like this.

    < esc > E Reset of the printer
    < esc > * r3U Simple colour: Palette RGB 3-plane
    < esc > * v1S foreground color (index = 1)
    Hello world

    Can someone help me with the escape sequence for the text background color. I use the simple color mode.

    Kind regards

    Hitesh

    A colored or shaded background (rather), you need to generate and set the background before writing the text.

    The background can be a raster-graphics image, or a filling of the rectangular areaor object HPGL/2, etc.

    Transparency of the Sourcesettings, transparency model and logical Operation (ROP) will affect how Source (what you are trying to add), Destination (which is already on the page) and Texture (combination of model and the current color ) are merged.

  • Track label/colors in my sequences are darker than usual.

    The labels/colours of the tracks in my sequences are super dark now compared to how they were before. I have not changed anything other than the update. Is it possible for me to solve this problem?

    Dark colors slowly steal my soul. In addition, it makes it difficult to see the track splits and transitions.

    It was an intentional change in 7.2.2 based on comments from some customers that the colors of the clip are too bright in the timeline panel. Since this change, we have received comments from a number of unhappy customers how we implemented the change. In the light of this entry, we have other options.

    In case you weren't aware, you can adjust the colors of label through the tab label good colors its name from the Preferences dialog box. But please note that due to the change of 7.2.2 colors will be darkened by 40% from the values that you set.

    Here are three other threads on this topic:

  • Make the PNG sequence with 256 colors and alpha.

    Right there in the topic, I can't understand it. You can only choose millions of colors and trillions of colors when you look at the depth in the output module. And even if you choose 8-bit per channel in the render settings always returns the 32-bit files.

    It is basically a white (pure) spinning star gradually fading so there is no need to make it with as many colors.

    What I am doing wrong?

    8-bit png does not have Alpha channels, they use based on the palette transparency by the marking of a specific color should be interpreted in transparent by the "rendering device / client" (browser or other). AE can not produce these types of files since it deosn work this way. You must use Photoshop or other tools to convert your image sequence / clip.

  • How to change the background color of a sequence?

    I use first Pro CS5 on Win7 x 64.  I imported a JPEG file that is a different size than my image of 1920 x 1080.  The background of this JPEG is white, but the background of the sequence is black (default), while the borders of the JPEG highlight.  I want the JPEG to blend into the background of the sequence by making the white background of the sequence.  How can I change the background color of sequence?  Thank you.

    Create a color using File/New/color Matte matte and make it white. Put it on the timeline and then put the JPG on the path above him.

  • Change the black color by default for the sequence

    I'm just curious to know if I can change the default value is black in my sequence (it shows black when there is no cutting) in white. I use .swf files and manage to put a map of white color beneath them in my sequence, would like to avoid this.

    Thank you

    In fact, there is a vacuum and it appears black.

  • Background color of sequence, the value without using a video track

    Hi, I can set the background color of a sequence, without using a video track of a white image file or as... I guess this should always made when I saw. Also the idea of the project is a white bgd and evrything with an alpha channel must key in front of a white background... the same account for all texts... + I don't want to lose the highest video track in the vertical center of the timeline for 1 substantive item unique.

    Seems to be a very standard task that needs to be used very often, if people use the first for multi media movies.

    Heaven can't given an option of background color in the sequence settings, project settings or Edit/Preferences... F1 or google pulls a lot on the inlay or layering, but when it comes to the simple question to set the background color of the sequence without using a video track for her... found nothing.

    Does anyone know if and how it works?

    Kind regards

    Frank

    The BG of each track in the sequence is ALPHA. That is to say. There is no color.

    You neeed to use a matte color for what you want to do.

  • Problem with clip color when you export a sequence

    Work on an iMac i7, CS 5.5

    I created a composed sequence 3 staples. I color corrected the first two (using the RGB curves Corrector) but not the last one. The clips are transcoded DNxHD original AVCHD (which I can't treat gently on my iMac). When I saw and/or make my sequence, the colors are great for all the clips.

    When I try to export it as a Quicktime H.264 movie, the first two clips are rendered as I want to, but the last of them (with no color correction) only has the plan of the blue color!

    I tried to export directly (without delay) or by using the queue of the SOUL, but the results were identical.

    One solution is to 'pretend' to correct the colors the last clip (barely, I adjusted the Red). Then export works very well.

    Sounds like a bug to me candidate!

    Known problem and workaround: movies have a blue cast when exporting through Adobe Media Encoder in Adobe Pro CS5 first or CS5.5

  • Problem of color correction between the initial and the multicam sequence... Help, please

    I used three cameras to record a youth dance recital.  I created a sequence of orginal for three camcorders and another sequence using multicam editing dances.  After I finished editing, I went back to the original sequence to do some color correction and adjustment of brightness using the Quick Color Correction controls.  After that, I just sent in again to create a DVD.  When I watched the DVD, I noticed some of my settings were always off, the color correction so I went back to the original sequence to make some changes.  Unfortunately, the multicam sequence would not read the new settings.  After a few unsuccessful attempts to get the element from the sequence multicam to read the original sequence clip, I decided to start by disabling fast Correction of the colors of the clip commands.  The adjusted multicam sequence then return corresponding to the original sequence.  However, when I started a new control for fast Correction of the color in the original sequence, the sequence multicam wouldn't take the new settings.  How to get the sequence mulitcam read the orginal sequence?

    Look for the error of the operator on this one.  Check that you are working in the source used for the multicam sequence.  You can do this by going to the multicam sequence and pressing SHIFT + T.  This will open the original with the ITC on the same chassis.

  • First 2015.3, showing only solid red color for previews random clip in sequence and monitor - media waiting for forever - program problem persists after complete format of the system

    Hey all,.

    I was directed here after posting on Reddit help, to make sure someone sees what I believe to be a bug particularly nasty in first 2015.3.  Basically, one of my two computers edition is totally incapable of managing projects in 2015.3.  I'll copy / paste from my previous post for ease, but I'll answer as many questions as I can:

    First refuses to properly view my media. Excerpts are appearing in the source monitor, sequence, the program monitor and my bins, as nothing more than solid, white red blends. This problem did not appear on my school laptop, also running 2015.3. On this point, I was able to edit the project successfully to the end with any of these issues.

    To resolve this problem, I tried hosting files on a local hard drive. I tried their hosting on our network drives (which is where they were welcomed when the laptop which still once, handled very well). I cleared my cache of media within the first. I cleared my cache manually in Windows. I have disabled hardware acceleration. I deleted from my hard drive and reinstalled Windows, and again, my main computer is borked on this project, while the laptop, running the same exact files to the exact location of same network with the same exact version of the first, is very well.  I even recovered files to my SD cards and moved in a drive completely different, to see if the problem persists, and he did.

    The problem seems to occur at various clips, randomly, at each reboot first.  But again, everything on my computer secondary edition, also running 2015.3, using the same files, hosted on the same network drive, works very well.  After Effects can handle the files.  Adobe Media Encoder transcode the files fine, although this isn't a regular part of my job.  The files of play very well under Windows.

    More interesting still, I returned to my most recent project in 2015.2 on my computer concerned and opened in 2015.3.  Many media files knew forever, redded out, pending question, even if the project is completed successfully on this computer without incident a week, running 2015.2.

    I guess for now, I have to go back to 2015.2 on all my workstations, but I wanted to have this problem, because I am confident enough at this stage, I'm dealing with a bug.

  • Color change in the exported sequence (Premiere Pro)

    Short description: colors in exported from first and downloaded movies on YouTube do not match the colors of the source that were imported in the firstimages.

    Background: I use tool of digital color meter from Apple to read the colors on my poster and Apple Preview to display image (PNG) files.  To eliminate the effect of color profiles, I put my 'Generic RGB profile' poster (which, as far as I know, does not change the R:G:B values).

    Description: I made a sample consisting of a single color animation and exported an image as image file.  Such color as displayed in my animation software, that's what I've specified (R:G:B): 255:0:255, as it is in the exported image as seen in Premiere Pro.  However, if I export a MOV file in Premiere Pro, upload that file to YouTube and play, the color is: 251:0:254.  Also, if I open the MOV file in QuickTime Player and export an image, the color in this context is 251:0:254.

    Question: what causes this color change, and how can I eliminate it?

    N.B.: This isn't 'gamma changeQuickTime Player' (at length elsewhere).  The color as read in QuickTime Player is 242:13:207 - a large and easily visible difference and who does not appear in other players MOV (ex: Player Flip).

    I JUST DISCOVERED SOMETHING!

    I was testing my single color sample. MOV file on different browsers, and I noticed that he had a slight color change between when YouTube first loaded (Chrome browser) video and when he played.  When I stopped it at the first point loading and read the value of the color, is 255:0:255 - just what I wanted.

    I now believe that the video I'm generating is correct and YouTube does not alter the video as part of the Uploader, but it changes in reading it.

    So, I'm done.

  • change the color of the title effect

    For this example of a readymade title:

    I would like to know how I could change the color (red) behind the title of the text.  Let's say, I would like the blue instead, or yellow, or anything else.  I tried a number of ways (just getting used to FCP X).  Y at - it a command for this, or should I make a mask with a different color?  Problem is red is lively, and a mobile mast would be required... sort of complicated as a procedure.  BTW, how these securities were made?  In another program, or can they be changed in it?

    2nd question: How can I extend the follow-up of this text as a sequence of animation?  I tried to change the follow-up by degrees and adding images key, but it does not work.  In other words, when you see the title, shown above, I would like to extend then follow-up.

    Thank you.

    As for the above, I just tried to open the color Board and find I can indeed change body color (see screenshot), but the photo image is also affected by the change of color.  How do I get the color of the title change and keep the color of the photo?

  • Where "Brass" color for metal in FCPX securities passed / how to rely?

    Hello

    Am against a deadline in edit promised by the next day and transfer of Premiere Pro to FCP 10.2.3 for several years after the last use FCP 4.  I absolutely love.  Hoping that someone can hit me up quickly with a solution because it makes no sense.

    I'm working on the title sequence and everything is settled with the size of the copy fonts and attributes 3D for 4 small sections of copy titration.  I use bland 3D for the option right in front.  For the first time a few times and it's the perfect color I want for on the images, I chose to use, I chose the metal then > "Brass" for the color.  Now on the last brass isn't there anymore.  Nearest is now gold or copper and neither seems as good as brass.  What happened here... anyone has an idea please how can I get it back?

    I tried to remove the title spot and starting at the top and I tried FCPX stop a couple of times and re - open.  "Brass" is poof... no more there to select in the dropdown on the left of the metal when it is selected on.

    Please, would appreciate much help here.

    Thank you very much
