MacBook Air will not be 'right click '.

I have an MBA, running OS X El Capitan (10.11.1) and lately I can't "right click". Unless my children (gggrrr) have changed something - nothing has changed, no software updates, etc., but when I try to right click, all my open windows soar off the screen and I'm on the desktop. Now, if I hold down 'control' key while clicking on, I can 'right click' but it is a real pain. I went into the setup of the trackpad, you can see on the picture below. I tried all the other suggestions I found on here, but nothing helps. Anyone else have any suggestions?

I'm assuming you are trying to use the Trackpad. I have an Air mid-2011 10.11.1 running OSX.

Two fingers to tap on the Trackpad to get the right click menu; or you can do as you mentioned above, control + a finger tap on the Trackpad.

    The Mac can read and write to exFat without problem. The problem is probably that the card is too recent for the readers into your computers.

    Fortunately, a new stand-alone USB drive which takes care of these maps is cheap.

    Hi guys,.

    This morning, I opened my macbook air and something went wrong... When I opened the lid, there was the screen with the apple logo when you turn on your mac and then he went on the login page. I typed my password and you press on enter. It took 5 minutes before I could access my finder (and my computer did not have an update). When I was on my finder, the "toolbar" with the little Apple and time and wifi... wasn't there, nor has the toolbar with my apps. I waited a long time before it appeared and my computer is very slow. The fan was going crazy. When I opened my computer to all first battery was 80% and after 10 minutes, it's 35%. I have tried to close down to close all the programs 'mind' my mac but it never stop, not even when I pressed the manual power button. I had to close safari, itunes, and messages, and then you press on stop, but the mac was just restart and not blocking down. I even tried to make a user account of guess so I could try to stop it on this user, but when I tried to log on the user to guess account, the screen went black, the mouse was looking, but nothing appeared. Then the screen went black and the fan of work stop, and I couldn't open the mac more (maybe it wasn't battery more, I do not know..) So I plugged it to load and then left for work. I wonder what that is is happened because I used it yesterday evening to make a thing of budget with excel and then I heard music on itunes and when I did, I closed the lid. Everything worked well. I downloaded a bittorrent Saturday, but it did not work so I deleted everything related to this event bittorent the app and I emptied my trash. So now I'm naïve. My macbook air is about 3 years old, maybe 4, but I really had problems with it before. I have no money I have buy a new either if one of you has a suggestion I could try, that would be really appreciated. If this isn't the case, I'll have to wear to apple if someone can fix it.

    I have a HP G62 with windows 7. Now, when I'm in the documents folder and click a folder under and decide I want to move/delter, etc. by a right-click mouse windows just keep processing icon without ever producing the window that gives me options of file management. At this point, the window is completely blocked. I can open another file, but if I hit delete nothing happens in this troubled area until the I hit the ESC key. Then the remove the window icon starts to blink and I wait a minute and the window disappears.

    so my air was bought last year (June 3, 2015, to be exact) and the other to have me recheck everythings password a few times was fine, but today the wireless connection just stopped working and I have no idea why?     When I run Network Diagnostics told me that my information is incorrect, that is not true... its becoming very stressful for me given that 90% of my school work relies on my computer with internet.

    Ive tried everything say other issues, Ive tried to go into the advanced settings, ive tried removing all my other saved networks, ive tried to restart, ive tried to restart my router and nothing works. I need this problem really soon otherwise im going to be screwed come the time to write my English book.

    Apple has set the rates, price around $300 repair program.  I don't think you can get a price of paste elsewhere.  However, there are third-party sites that provide repairs, parts and helpful videos.  Google is your friend.

    It is a message from the BIOS. You can press F2 and go into BIOS and select "set as default" then save and exit. The PC actually has a floppy drive?

    I do not think Norton is responsible for this, but it's quite the security program user-friendly Windows less you could choose and often causes other issues.
