  Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.

  You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.

  However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

I'm still in school for at least another six months after that and the need to have this software for this reason.   About two weeks ago, I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Windows student & Teacher Edition 1 user of the digital production team Dell software partner. I still have to download the software because I have questions and they cannot (or refuses) to answer.

  My background: I have two computers running. My old laptop using Microsoft Vista while my new HP desktop running Windows 10.   Please be informed that Acrobat DC is compatible on Windows 7 and later (system requirements for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Acrobat Standard DC ).

  So, you won't be able to install it on Windows Vista.

  I bought the version student teacher of Photoshop elements 14 & received free download for 30 days.  In order to achieve long term with my purchase I then checked my academic status to identity - e.com & gave my serial number EU MLP.  When I got home then to Adobe to complete the process, I got a message that the serial number was not valid. When I contacted the cat Adobe support they told me to download the software I already have (and use, most notably to organize my photos).

  I want to CANCEL my subscription student/teacher CC of 1 year, since I now have access to the CC company.  Tried following your instructions but in circles and can't find a way to do it. I even cancelled my credit card, hoping that this would lead to the subscription expiring, but Adobe continues to send me emails to 'manage my account to update the payment details', I can't update the payment details and when I go into account management, I do not see anywhere here allows me to simply terminate the subscription! My account also indicates that Adobe tries, each month, to draw a cancelled payment credit card, even after the 12 month subscription period should have expired. Why?

  Please do not answer telling me to follow the instructions online that I tried this and after managing Plan > terminate the program, they tell me to contact Customer Support. The only way, it seems that I can do it is through a forum, right? So here I am. Heeeeelp!
