  There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.

  First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

  • Click Start
  • Click on all programs
  • Click Accessories, and then right-click on the command prompt.
  • Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"
  • Click on command prompt
  • Type SFC/scannow.

  It will scan and repair any damaged operating system files.

  To determine if there is a program because of a conflict, we recommend that you perform a "clean boot" of the computer. A clean boot is designed to disable programs and services in the background as much as possible.   -Have you been able to shut down the computer without any problem earlier?
   
  -Remember you proceed with recent computer between the calendar changes when things worked fine and now?

The toolbar is now show on Mozilla Firefox, and I think that it is the program that crashed my computer today, although Ace Inbox was not in use when my computer crashed. I have no need of this program and want to uninstall it. However, when I go into the control panel and select "Uninstall a program", my computer does not list this program for me to uninstall. I also tried to remove mywebsearch.com, but this doesn't seem to be anywhere on my computer. In addition, I have some plugins for this program listed either. ACE of the Inbox has a toolbar on the right with an option to uninstall, but this option does not work. Thanks for any help you can offer.
