Click on update drivers who cannot do anything like MS is far behind the certification of drivers. Then RIGHT

Go to the system manufacturer's website and get the latest Audio/Sound drivers - download - SAVE - go to the place where you
Put them - right click on Reboot - RUN AS ADMIN -.Check the Version tab of the driver in the Device Manager as the restoration of the sound card drivers often

rare to have to run the pilot of 1 to 4 times or more. Just the version make sure you
installed shows upward on the tab of the driver.
Then navigate to the site of the manufacturer of the device and search for the drivers more recent and repeat the installation procedure.Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Computer laptop/Standard warranty registered - extended warranty does not
Hello
I managed to register for my laptop and my standard warranty. However, Tempro repeat my guarantee of extension (from 1 to 2 years) is not registered. And when I try to do it on the Web site, he complains that my number of extended warranty is not valid (?)
Any ideas...
Thank youHello
Can you please check the status of the warranty on http://www.toshiba-tro.de/unitdetails?
In the past I had the problem with the registration and the Toshiba people helped me do the refresh of the data. You can try to communicate with them also. Here, on this forum, I found track of mail address - [email protected]

Overheated computer, laptop CQ61, now "the hard disk does not exist '.
I have reset the BIOS, I held down the power for 30 seconds while the battery is out. I don't know how to put back the hard drive. Is this my only option left? If yes I can't find a video on how, just remove videos. Anyway, can I get the hard drive to scrap and buy a new one, or are a kind of trendy connectors, fried or in ruins and I need to get a new laptop?
Reinstalling the hard drive is made exactly as you did. The only option now is to try to replace the hard drive with a hard drive retail. It is the only way to determine if it is only the hard drive that has been damaged.
If you need help to choose a replacement, post back with the complete model number or product as indicated on the Service tag on the bottom of the laptop. If you know what your hard drive capacity is just be sure to get one at least as large a capacity in order to use your recovery disks to reinstall Windows. It can be larger but not more small capacity, such as whether you have a 320 GB hard drive, now, you could use a 500 GB but not a 250 GB hard drive.

Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have. Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as

System does not close completely down.
Hello
I have a Pavilion laptop, G6, with Windows 8, and it seems not entirely closed. It will go to the closure of screen and then the screen turns white and the laptop seems to be in a low power state. Start button / stop is turned on and the Wifi button.
I tried:
- Removing battery
- System restore
- Remove the battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds
Any help would be popular!
Appreciation,
Windows 8 comes with diagnostic tools very good - if you have not had previous experiences, their execution, this is probably a time familiarizing yourself with the Toolbox:
Laptop computers HP - test of hardware failures (Windows 8) - c03467259
The issuemight be if the system shutdown due to software, in other words, something in the environment of OS, then it might be in the BIOS (down a real operating system level) or in the material.
This does not mean you na not miss something in the operating system-, but there are tools to help you refine the hotbeds of tension of material possible and eliminate these in the list.
What to do next?
If the extracted material - if you can't find the problem, if the problem is hardware, or if the question remains a mystery and you're ready to throw your computer out the window beautful - wait!
You didn't have the system very long if you're running Windows 8 on - call HP directly for assistance. If the system experiences a hardware failure, the call earlier rather than later is better. It will not very long to fix.
Before you call HP:
Run the command "SFC/scannow" at startup or in Windows 8
==================================================================================
- Make sure all your drivers are up to date - they are, or you wouldn't ask for help - it's basic Admin 101.
Start by creating a place to which you can go back in case things do not work as you expect:
Install the software and drivers from the HP site
Go to the top of the page of the forum Support and drivers HP
- If you are prompted, enter your country or region and
- Enter your computer model information
- Access to the software and drivers...
- Enter your operating system from the menu drop-down... Scroll to the bottom
- Select the desired category Software - Solutions > driver - keyboard, mouse and input devices
NOTE: Download ONLY the concerned drivers and software for YOUR hardware - note that in the website you can find more than one kind of driver for more than one computer model - it's normal, but it does not mean that YOUR computer uses all proposed software.
- Develop and decide if you need to install this package.
- Make sure that you download and install only the latest versions of each driver or program.
- Save the Setup *.exe appropriate on your computer package
NOTE name and location -likely the *.exe file to save to "downloads".
- Install the software / driver installation package: If you have control of "Admin", you can highlight the package and "double-click" to install, if not right click, select "Run as Administrator" and install.
NOTE: sometimes there is a lot of information in the computer Web site. Take a look at what's available and bookmark the page later.
==================================================================================
If you decide to update your BIOS,
- Disconnect all the USB drives
- Always run power cable
- Do not touch the system while the update is in progress
- Optional: leave wireless touch YOU, but turn off the router (make sure that there is no interruption)
===================================================================================
- Make sure your system is saved AND make an Image of your system in case you need to send to the computer for repair:
History of files is very easy to use. He works on 'Libraries' and essentially backup of your default user account. To add a folder to your libraries, right-click on > add to library > if you have the 'create new library '. Pouf! The folder is added to the history of the file backup.
If you do not have a hot spare hanging out for your file history to write, buy a 64 GB USB key and use it - Poof! Instant historical destination of files disk.
HP - backup of your files (Windows 8) computers
A custom Image for the 'rest' of your computer - Nice:
It's the Windows 8 Refresh , which also backs up your programs / applications.
Create a custom recovery tool to update your PC in Windows 8
When you call HP:
Have your information at your fingertips: product number, serial number, contract number (if you have CarePack)
- Be prepared to tell your story to more than one person.
- Be polite, persistent and articlulate. Don't waste time yelling at the tech. They have lives.
- If you do not speak to someone who understands your problem, ask to speak to someone else. You have the right to be heard.
- Be Polite, persistent and be prepared to repeat yourself (as I do here).
Good luck!

Satellite L650-14F - system does not have WiFi
Hi all
I've seen a few topics about this, but I still can't solve my problems. I have brand new Toshiba Satellite L650 14th but I can't seem to use my WiFi.
The problem is that the system does not recognize, even in the Device Manager there is nothing. I downloaded the driver from the toshiba site, but when I run it nothing happens. I also tried the BIOS update and install the package of added value, but still nothing. Also, someone mentioned editing tool of Network Device ID registry settings, I downloaded that too, but when I run also nothing happens. I did a lot of research and could not find the solution or the driver work.
Furthermore, I have windows 7 64 bit.Any ideas? I really need wifi, my started classes two weeks ago and no internet at home, I can't do anything useful. Thank you.
Hey Buddy,
If the system doesn't recognize the WLAN card, it seems to be disabled.
You should check the key combination FN + F8 which can enable/disable the WLAN connection.
In addition on some laptops you can toggle the wireless LAN in the BIOS.Check this box!

I was able to install all the updates except KB2360131. I disable or removed all except windows Defender anti-virus protection. I tried to manually install the update. I ran Microsoft Fixit. Nothing I've tried allows.
