  Hey guys. I'm a little new to the community, but I am certainly not new to the lenovo computers. I currently have an Ideapad Y560 out on repairs for the SECOND time for the SAME problem. This is a problem with the computer not charging. The first time I sent it, they he repaired by replacing the "DC in cable", according to them, but then a month later (which is currently online) the same problem. I am furious because it interfered with my studies for the final exam. I was hoping to receive last Thursday, but has received no conformation autour it leave the repair depot. So, I decided to check repairs depot on the site to see that it is on hold because my warranty does not cover parts. Then I called the support line for the third time, and the guy, Romeo, said that the computer has a huge crack near the port ethernet or something like that so that they fix the basis for a $108.50. But this certainly isn't my fault! I babysit after my computer and it never left the office, he sat the past 8 months so far. Never gave up and I even pictures of her before sending in Lenovo. I'm supposed to receive a call from the team of climbing either tomorrow or Tuesday, but what happens if they don't believe me and that I have to pay the sum of $108?   It seems that you are not able to turn on the laptop and tried to solve the problem

  Please perform steps listed to find out if it is a hardware or software problem below:

  1. remove all cables and devices, disconnect them and try to turn on the device

  2. check the LED light situation and ensure the action of the spring button / stop is normal

  3 Exchange with a well known power cord and the AC adapter

  4 Pack no adapters are available, check if the power adaptor is slightly warm

  Note: This will give us an indication that the power adapter could be good

  5. do you know if the laptop was in battery or power adapter when you used the last time

  Note: Make sure that there is no spill of liquid or cutting

  6. check if the Port of the AC adaptor is loose/broken

• iPad Pro does not charge

  My iPad Pro (10.0.2) says not charging when connected to the nearest 4th USB port of lightning on my iMac OSX end 2015 10.11.6. Another thing that I connect it works so there is nothing wrong with this port.

  However, my iPad charges when it is connected to the other 3 USB ports. Tried other Apple cables, restarted my iMac and reset my iPad.

  Basically, it's not the iPad, and it's not USB port cuz that they both work when plugged in with something else. It's just the 2 at the same time with the other who do not work.

  I'm so confused. Does anyone else have this problem?

  I have a question - my iPad 2 Air will not charge when connected to my computer (didn't load in the upper right corner).

• iPhone 5 c will not charge via USB on the laptop?

  I have an iPhone 5 c and as about a week ago, does not charge via the USB port on my laptop. He sees very well in my wall sockets and Sockets USB as well, but not in my laptop. I have an Acer laptop running Windows 7. Windows is up to date, iTunes has the latest version installed. Whenever I plug in my phone, one of the following conditions occurs:

  (1) does not have

  (2) noise "plugged" USB lights, the window on the lower right, tell that a USB device has malfunctioned

  (3) (rarely) of phone calls after I tried several things

  What happened is I would plug my phone, she would charge via USB, iTunes opens automatically, and "trust to this computer" popup would come on my phone if I had unlocked it. None of this is happening now. I did the following to try to remedy:

  (1) power cord iPhone replaced (it was time for a new anyway)

  (2) uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes

  (3) restart computer and phone probably 29856 times

RARELY the unknown device comes up, then I get a "Code 10: this device cannot start" error, but it is * in a handbasket just trying to get to THIS point! and IF I do what they say to do to correct a code 10 (uninstall all USB and restart the computer, then USB devices hook to the top one at a time), so I'm now at my problem of a communication that don't meet pluse between my phone and PC

  5) tried to the registry editor, but not "upper filters" option rises

  (6) virtually every other option on this thread of 5 pages iphone not recognized by Windows 7

  Recently, I had problems with the battery, which means that I need to plug my AC adapter all the time. The battery in the taskbar icon indicates that the battery is 68% and these last days.   I have the same question. I bought a new battery. It worked for about 1 hour from 67 percent and amounting to 100% and then my laptop just died. Now my old battery indicates 0%, no charge, my new battery says 0%, 8 minutes at full load. So I'm a little confused about this and don't know if it's only a battery error.
