Configuration of several peers IPs for VPN Site to Site on a firewall context

I'm running a version of 5585 Cisco ASA firewall 9.1. I use the context mode to meet my clients of different clouds. I have a new client who needs a VPN from Site to Site to a remote location. Remoteness have three counterparts IPs configured in failover mode I need to configure on my end.

Please tell us if this is possible and how to go about configuring.

A context is just like any independent, just virtualized firewall. I did it and it worked fine for me.

    For me, it looks like it has configured the route correctly;

    ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 fastethernet4 -> for all traffic to the internet.

    Road 10.1.0.0 ip 255.255.255.0 Dialer1 -> for vpn traffic to HO.

    The public_IP_HO must be defined according to the map of encryption using the set by the peers command.

    I want to add is on the isakmp policy hash attribute, you can choose between sha/md5 or whatever available on your device. Make sure that the isakmp policy to match political isakmp of your HO.

    The other thing is the acl for the internet. You may want to consider replacing the deny statement if you want to deny traffic only to your jar currently it is said to deny all traffic 10.10.100.0 10.0.0.0 network, not to the 10.1.0.0 HO (network).

  • ASA - several IPS for VPN

    I'll put up Anyconnect to replace our customers of Cisco IPsec VPN, since it is end of life. A part of the process is to get an SSL certificate and a FULL domain name to use for this. I've got that and it is applied to the ASA very well. Now we don't get these warnings to the subject it is not not sure and such.

    The problem is that we use a non-standard port for the SSL VPN from 443 is already sent to an internal device. I have unused public addresses to the external interface of the ASA, but I don't know how I could use them. I would like to have a different IP address for SSL VPN, so I don't have to mess with the port forward that is currently in place. I read on proxy arp, but that looks like it could be a problem. I could have someone connect another cable to a different interface on the ASA (5512-X) and assign this static interface I want for the VPN, but I'm not sure it will work well. We have connections VPN site to site in place as well. Can I have the ASA listening on two different interfaces at the same time?

    Recap:

    IP 1 - address primary NAT, Site at tunnels put end here, some Cisco IPsec VPN terminate customer

    IP 2 - want to have all customers of Anyconnect connect here, to migrate all legacy Cissco IPsec clients until they are all over Anyconnect.

    Key is that I can not stop listening on IP 1 for site-to-site connections.

    On the SAA, you cannot use the additional IPS for VPN.

    If tcp/443 is already used for an external server, then I would reconfigure the DNS entry for it to use the second IP address that must be sent to the internal server. You can then use the IP interface of the ASA for AnyConnect.

    Advanced security or more should do it. The version of the IOS, you can try later 12.4 T which is c1841-advsecurityk9 - mz.124 - 24.T5.bin, in which case you don't want to go to 15.1 still.

  • Cannot access the internal resources for VPN site-to-site

    We have two ASA.  We set up just VPN site-to-site.  For some reason, we are not able to access internal resources at the main office of the remote office.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thank you.

    You can run tracer package to see if it's getting wrapped, or in other words hits vpn tunnel

    It might be a nat problem, and sometimes if it is a new configuration probably ISP may have blocked the esp traffic in one direction or in the other direction

    the best approach, that it is turn on "management of access to the inside" on the firewall and make a ping of source of asa

    OK, the function was only ever for clients of SW and HW, not the L2L tunnels.

    L2L tunnels, you can configure the settings of tunnel on two of the hubs of the cluster and then just "defined by peer" two statements under the card encryption of the remote device, these statements point to each of the specific IP addresses hubs (not the cluster address).

    Does not give you true balance as do customers SW, but it gives you redundancy.

    It doesn't have a VPN service. It doesn't have a VPN server. You make a connection to the VPN client to the WRT54G.

    You can then configure the VPN using CCP.

    I prefer the command line, and if there are many VPN from Site to Site, you can have a model, and what's happening to one VPN to another is interesting traffic, the INVESTIGATION period by peers and the pre-shared key.

    I have not seen an example of specific configuration with the addition of several networks for tunnel l2l IPSEC via ASDM.

    Generally speaking, you would just follow the same process in the Sub URL, but add all the multiple networks local and remote networks that you want to be protected IPSEC.

  • Several VPN site to site on the same ASA

    I need to set up an IPSEC tunnel to allow a provider to the remote site printing to a printer on my network.  I intend to use an ASA 5520 to do this.  The architecture is fairly simple:

    [Remote]-[Remote FW] --[FW Local]-[Local routing]-[printer]

    The downside is that there is finally more than a seller who needs to do.  Each will have a different destination but mena there will be more than a VPN to ASA at my end.  It seems that the ASA 5520 can be supported more than a VPN site to site, but I need to assign an IP address for different endpoint in each tunnel?

    I searched and found no a design guide for the VPN site - to-many.  If so, I'd appreciate a pointer.

    You can do several tunnels VPN site to site.  As a general rule, you would have a card encryption applied to the interface in the face of internet.  Each crypto map entry has a sequence number. You simply have to create all the necessary configurations (tunnel-group for the remote peer IP, ACL to set interesting traffic, etc.) and increment the entry card crypto.

    On your config, you have all these commands but on your VPN config, you mix ikev1 and ikev2. You have also defined political different ikev2. Just do a bit of cleaning and reached agreement on a 1 strategy for the two site (encryption, hash,...)

    Can someone recommend some inexpensive VPN devices, which will be set up to connect a few VPN site to site (20-30) (each site should not exceed 5 to 10 computers. The sites will be equipped with different VPN devices (like Linksys regular or any other - just able to site IPsec VPN). What I need is for my main site and hope get some suggestions.

  • VPN access query remote ASA - several group policies for the unique connection profile

    Hi all

    Two quick questions here that I need to help.

    1. in an ASA 5525, is it possible to have several group policies for a single connection profile?

    Scenario: A customer is running F5 Firepass to their VPN solution and this device is used by them to have multiple strategies group by the connection profile. We plan to migrate them to ASA (5525) and I don't know if the ASA can support that.

    2. in an ASA-5525 for Clientless Remote access VPN, can pass us the page to connect to an external server? For example, if I have a connection with a URL profile setup: "'https://wyz.vpn.com/ ';" for the LDAP/Radius Authentication, but for https://wyz.vpn.com/data and https://wyz.vpn.com/test I want to HTTP based authentication form and this page needs to be sent to an external server that is to say ASA step will manage this page, but rather the first page for this is served by the external server.

    Scenario: One of our clients is running F5 Firepass to their VPN solution.
