  My question is, how do I update my hosts and also VMware Infrastructure, as appropriate.

  I'm a bit confused, because I went through a class for vSphere 4 and I'm trying to understand the differences between the two.

  Whether HOT or COLD:
  BACKUP DATABASE will create BACKUPSETs

  (this default value can be overridden if you have set up the TYPE of DEVICE...) BACKUP TYPE to... where the backup type can be changed by default for the COPY.

  Whether HOT or COLD:
  DATABASE BACKUP AS COPY will create Copies of the Image

  An incremental backup can be a HOT or a COLD backup.

• Confusion on the CRS and the IPCC

  Can someone tell me what the difference is when between CRS and IPCC express. I think they're both packages of programs. IPCC express includes CTI ACD IVR but CRS includes IPCC IQM IVR. is this correct.? CRS includes a version of the full IPCC?

  I am wanting to legally install Windows 8 or 8.1 on a virtual computer. When I look at the Microsoft pages only, they seem to offer Windows 8 one update and I can't find a way to the purchase of a previous version either. Is anyone able to point me to an explanation in plain English what I should buy.

  If you need to install Windows 8 in a virtual machine, you must purchase the full version of license OEM System Builder. If you need to install Windows 8.1 in a virtual machine, you can buy the license of retail sales (which is a full version) or OEM System Builder License.

• How to root my Xperia Ray (ST8i)

  I have the android 2.3.4 version and build number 4.0.2.A.0.62

  My bootloader is locked.

  The only method i Know is to downgrade to 4.0.2.A.0.42 or go to the ICS and root then it.

  is there another method?

  If I flash my rom downgrade/upgrade to level then I lose all my data/setings etc.?

  If so how all backup and restore?

  Don't forget the rooting may void your warranty, and you do so at your own risk

  There are 2 methods, one you know and the other changes the nuclei.

  Download the rom 4.0.2.a.0.42 and flash only its core, then root using any method

  Then again, flash back, the core of 0.62 and you will have a rooted 0.62

  You know how the nuclei flashk and firmwares?

  I just started learning apex and I'm confused about the application and page elements. Since they can serve as a kind of variables in the SQL and PL/SQL (for example, by using the syntax variables bind), at some point they should be prescribed a type, since SQL and PL/SQL are two strongly typed languages.

  Hi im using the Xperia Ray and recently Ive upgraded to ICS 4.1.B.0.431 via PC Companion.I want to root my phone n tried to use the DooMLoRD method to the root of the firmware, but I failed. Is there a way to root my phone directly without having to use new stock rom to root it because Im afraid of losing all my apps n settings in my phone currently. I want to use Titanium Backup to make a backup of them, but given that my phone is not rooted so I can't use it.
