  Make sure the bios is on the 'default' as well

The closest you can get this as standard (without having to download any third-party application), would be to add a shortcut to settings > Wi - Fi.   The option to create connections is available only if you have installed an application server hand full with a data base of infrastructure, thus allowing Portal, SSO, OID and so on.

  If you have installed a discoverer stand-alone version, then you will get only the option to connect directly.

  I suggest you to reset the settings of the router and get a new password and check if the problem persists.

  I installed SQL dev 4 and 3.2 I tried several dev with the same result... but I've known why thought that I should post here because it seems a rare problem, I know not due to the fact that I have installed 2 customers.

  How I put them up is in the tnsnames.ora file using

  IFILE = 'D:\location. '

  so that both clients can use the same tnsnames file and that works very well for customers.

  But for some reason any SQL Developer gets confusing, even if you don't need customer, she always tries to recover the tnsnames file.
