Connected to the temporary profile
Hello. I know it's probably a frequently asked question, but I wanted to ask you for us and our computer specifically. We have Windows 7. Earlier, my brother tried to access his profile, but he went automatically to a temporary profile. We disconnected and connected again and he returned to normal. Is there anyway that we can diagnose the problem to prevent it from happening again? Thank you!

You said that didn't happen on your account and not the other two. And you said you tried these links, I hope you don't delete all users according to the instructions...
in any case, you can easily have access to your files on the account that you have trouble accessing via two other accounts work. Navigate to C:\documents and settings\ this folder contains all the user profiles and all the documents and the data is stored in the profile folder name. Find the folder with the name of your account on it and inside you will find all the documents, Favorites, etc.
To get to C:\documents and settings\ open my computer, double-click the drive that you installed Windows, and Documents and Settings will be a folder you will see in the beginning of the hard disk.

I have connected to my account today and it showed 'Prepare Windows'. He signed me a temporary profile. I tried the procedure described in the above link and nothing seems to work. The files and software on my desktop icons are gone (photo #2)
All my files and software are always accessible in the 8470p folder.
When I create a new folder, it will appear under TEMP. DBA-NB1314562 (photo #2)
This is the second time this week, I encountered this problem. The first time I had the solution in the link above works perfectly, but it does not work for me now. I restarted my computer laptop too.
